The order was not shipped right away, it took a few days to get it going. (I was a UPS Shipping Manager, and should have received my order 3 days quicker if shipped right away). The BRAND purchased was not as good in quality as what I normally purchase, and my preferred brand was not available. The selection of flavors was also minimal for this product. The price was the only exceptional aspect.

The descriptions of items are quite sparse. Prices are low because merchandise is chesp quality, not because it's wholesale site. Pictures don't all match merchandise received: i.e.: ordered full apron as pictured, got half apron. Won't buy again.

The initial order was fine. I asked some questions and got a quick response. However, when I made the order I was informed that the shipping charges will be calculated and I will be informed what they are and then can finalize the order. I said OK to this, got an order confirmation, but never heard another thing from them. Weeks later I contacted them, and they replied by email saying that I had never agreed to the shipping charges, would I agree to them now. I replied that I agreed, and now they said they will send it to me. This does not seem like a good system. Every other site tells you what shipping will be at the time of the order.

Ace Mart's website was very easy to follow and use friendly. I had searched the internet for other commercial toasters and found very few that were reasonably priced.
