As one item was backordered, I received a call to ask if I wanted the backordered item. Goods received in a timely manner. E-mailed company to request a missing part. Waiting for answer as we speak. Have placed my second order with them already.

Competitive price for product and shipping (I shopped around at about 5 online stores to find the cheapest, and you were it!). Product was well packed and I received the product in a timely fashion. I like the confirmation email - all necessary info included (order info, customer service, tracking info, etc)

Excellent Service. Acemart called me to let me know of two items that were backordered and find out what I wanted to do. Ordered three times within a two week period and all orders were shipped very quickly much to my delight!

Ace mart has provided excellent products, and customer service. The delay in shipping was not due to ace mart, but to UPS, which did not leave the package at the address it was sent to.

I found Ace Mart by accident on line searching for chef outfit for my niece. I was certainly impressed that I was allowed to purchase items as an individual. I will be shopping at Ace Mart from now on for many items. My family & friends are into cooking and like to use quality products. Thank you Ace Mart for allowing me to shop.

The only negative was that the shipping charges seemed excessive, close to $40 for a 38lb. item that cost $54. They use DHL instead of USPS, UPS or FEDX. I was told that this was due to breakage problems with the other carriers. According to the UPS website, UPS would have charged less than $20

I erroneously ordered 55 of the wrong type of bun pans on a Friday evening, paid with my credit card, and felt good about the transaction I had just completed via "E" Commerce.
I realized my mistake when I saw the Ace Mart EMail confirming my order on Saturday morning. I tried to call their customer service but I was outside of their published available service hours.
I called an Ace Mart store in Texas (I got their telephone number from a google search) on Saturday to try to stop the wrong order from being shipped.
Even though the person at the store I called was not responsible for handling my problem, he spent significant time with me to make sure that the problem would be resoved Monday. He gave me the correct number to call on Monday to resolve the problem. I called that number and all was resolved to my satisfaction even though Ace Mart did everything right the first time.
I told the person I had called Monday that my service expectatons were really exceeded by their genuine empathy for my situation and that I would look to Ace Mart first from now on.

I was sending a gift out of state and my only negative comment is that the shipping fee was not quoted on the website. It turned out to be 25% of the purchase price! A bit steep in my estimation.
