The only thing I could recommend would be to provide the UPS tracking number by e-mail when the item is shipped. I was able to find the Tracking number on the UPS WEB Site myself, but it would have been more convenient if it had been provided for me.

was able to track throttle body spacer using the tracking info provided in the confirmation email, but was unable to track the cold air intake. when I attempted to ck the status it was unable to find any information using the tracking number provided. This posed a slight inconvience in scheduling my time to be available to rcv the item when delivered.
I received the cold air intake, it was damage but I was able to fix the bent pipe (end of intake pipe) locally. Did not feel that it was necessary to send back when I had the tools to bend it back into shape, also was missing one clamp for ruber hose that attaches to intake pipe and leads to plastic elbow. Spent .99 tax at a hardware store to insure rubber hose was attached securely to metal intake pipe.
Over all was satisified with purchase and products purchased. Looking into purchasing an after cat dual exhaust system in the near future.

AutoAnything provided quick easy shopping. I had to order an item specific to the make/model of my car. It came on time and as described. I did price comparisons online and AutoAnything provided a competitive price and free shipping! On an item that is worth less than $100, free shipping is great!

It was very complete. They allowed me to view the mats in the type of vehicle I own, before buying. Additionally, they had the mats contoured to my vehicle type. The result was they fit just right, without any alteration required. The delivery happened right on time. The only comment I would make is that the tracking information seemed to be delayed. Therefore, I was unable to check on the delivery status. For the future, I would send out the tracking information sooner.
I would recommend AutoAnything to a friend.
