Baby Bungalow

I purchased an Ameda Purely Yours Breast and it's great. It didn't cost too much and I received it quickly. Definitely a store to try out.

I placed an order in March 2007 and received an email confirmation of the order. I waited 10 days but no items arrived. I contacted the company by email but they never responded. I tried reaching them by phone but could only leave a message. No return calls. However they did charge my credit card on the day I placed my order. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charges. All of a sudden my items arrived on my doorstep and the company was calling and emailing me about cancelling the disputed charges. This was 30 days after I placed the order. I will never order from them again. It is a bad business practice to charge credit cards with out shipping merchandise. They were annoyed with me for filing a dispute with my credit card, but when I asked why it took so long for delivery and why I had not received a status report on my order the conversation was cut short. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

After trying (unsuccessfully) to buy a breast pump from a different online store (which will go nameless), it was a pleasure to do business with this store. Not only did I actually GET my breast pump this time, but I got a BETTER one at a CHEAPER price, and the shipping was fast and FREE! What else can I say? Glad I found this store.

This store is my baby store of choice. The first time I shopped here I bought a breast pump and some accessories and I received it only a few short days later. I have bought a few more things since then; and will be in the future.

I purchased four Nuby No Spill flip-it Straw cups and four Flip-It Sports Sipper Replacement Straw. I didn't realize the replacement straws didn't match my straw cups until I received my package. I called the customer service number and left a message. Two days later I received a call back (luckily) and the woman was really rude to me. She said it was my fault that the straws didn't match, not theirs. I think the web site should be specific about which straws it fits. We went back and forth and I asked to speak to her manager, since we were quibbling over pennies. She said her manager was not there today and would call me back. I doubt I will get a call back. I called Nuby directly and they kindly said they would replace my straws with the correct straws and pay for the shipping. Thank goodness for Nuby and shame on Baby Bungalow.

I will not shop from them again.

The difference between Baby Bungalow and other stores is that when BB makes a mistake they try to fix it immediately. That is very refreshing in the world of e stores.

I am glad I found Baby Bungalow. I have found no other site that carries Baby Bjorn's complete line of baby products. I wasn't particularly going to buy anything when I first visited but after seeing their selection I had to buy the active carrier. I received my carrier in a very short amount of time. When I got it I couldn't wait to unpack it and try it on. To make a long story short I absolutely love it!

Good all-around baby store. Has everything, ships fast, no questions asked. They also have a good selection of little things.

While surfing the net I happened to find Baby Bungalow. They had everything I needed for my baby! Great selection and service!

I have shopped at a lot of baby stores (both physically and online) and I can't say enough about this one. They know their stuff.

I have bought products from this store several times and it is always a pleasure. I wonder why other companies can't emulate how Baby Bungalow treats its customers.

When I read some of the other reviews for this store, I wonder if they were reviewing the same one I am. Buying from Baby Bungalow was an enjoyable experience. They had good prices and I got my item before the expected date (which in itself was still only a short wait). I will certainly be buying from them again.

Believe me when I tell you that I don't bookmark many websites. In fact, I only have about 4 or 5. I'm proud to say Baby Bungalow is one of them. After you read this go to babybungalow.com, buy something, and then bookmark it because you will be going back there again.

My first time buying from this store has been a good experience. I bought some parts for my breast pump (which I had a hard time trying to find elsewhere) and they worked great! Good store!

I ordered a Bob Stroller travel bag last week and still haven't gotten any information about whether it has shipped - despite a phone call and email to customer service. They promise that, We make every effort to ship by the following business day" - I can't tell whether they have or not!
