Batteries and Butter

I will not buy again from this site. If you buy a quite large quantity of batteries they will send you almost expiring date cells. When I call customer service about that they told me that the batteries will be good for to 5 years after expiration date!!!
contrary to what Maxell custumer service said: Expiration date means that they are not garantie afer the due date. there are 2 dates: manucfacturing date and expiration date. Also when you call B&B custumer service they have a person with really bad attitude to answer the calls I decided to keep the almost old cells they send because I dont trust them to change them an return them to me. Would you buy from them?

Placed order on a Sunday, received on Tuesday. Excellent shipping.  Ordered AA, AAA, 9V and button cells.  Terrific prices, half what you would pay at Wal-mart.  For the price I paid I received twice as many or in the case of the 9V batteries, 3 times as many batteries for the same or cheaper Wal-mart price.  And these are Energizer Alkalines not no name dry cell batteries.  Good use by dates, 2010, 2013 and 2015. I'll use these up in 6 months to a year.  As for shipping charges, they state $10.00 for orders under $25, and actual UPS shipping on orders over $25.  My shipping charges were a mear $6.81 !!!!

Haven't had to deal with customer service, but my transaction went perfectly smooth.  I would recommend you give them a try.

They do not show you the shipping cost. Beware that there is handling cost too. Their small prises are deceitful. They add handling and shipping (which you don't know until they charge you). So the total cost can be much higher than you expect.

They did not stand behind a defective battery. They said they would have to talk to the supervisor and call me back, whats up with that. They did not call me back. Not impressed.

A joke - after 1 month no batteries. Called and got put on permahold 2 times. Then told they couldn't find the order.

Great site, VERY large selection!! Prices are very good and shipping was fast. Seller communication was satisfactory, Item well packed in good condition and as advertised. Overall very satisfied with products and services.

Purchased from them twice. First time had to call to inquire about order after one week, was told they just got a large shipment in and were behind. Guess what! Second time exact same thing! To top it off the no-service person refused to give me a tracking number so I still don't know if my order has even shipped. Order 77589

Ordered 16 disposable camera on December 31th and received them Jan 6th. They e-mail me my shipping and tracking information. Talk to customer service very polite. Very happy with sale. I would buy from them in the future.

I will never buy from here again. Placed an order on September 14, 2008 and as of today, October 21, 2008, I have not received my order and they will not respond to my emails.

FORGET ABOUT IT!!! Placed an order on Tuesday...no results. Called on Thursday and Friday because I didn't receive any shipping info. Customer service says they were closed on Mon. and Tues. so I give them a break. The following Mon. I call and it still hasn't gone out. Only excuse is that they were closed for a couple of days. It doesn't take 4 - 5 business days to process a simple order. A total waste of time... THEIR WEBSITE SAYS THEY SHIP 99% OF ALL ORDERS WITHIN 24 HOURS.

2a lithium batteries. Advertised as free shipping over $25 purchase, they were ordered 8/15/2008 And I had not received them by 8/26. I MADE A CALL talked to someone called Shaloh and did receive them three days later with an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF AN ADDITIONAL $4.80. My order number is #71754. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This site is as extremely misleading in it's representation of it's battery sales prices. The web page shows a picture of 5 watch batteries on a tear strip. It says you must order a minimum of 2.
I thought I was ordering two tear strips of 5 for the "each" price. What I received was 2 batteries. I paid $10 ship/handle thinking it was worth it to get such a great deal. I paid $17.50 and have 5 watch batteries to show for it. When I called to complain that the web site was misleading, I had to wait 10 minutes to speak to a "sales" rep who could understand me. The woman answering the phone did not speak English well enough to understand what I was talking about. I guess the cheap football mini light sent with my order was supposed to make it all alright.

buyers beware!!!!...it does not matter if you buy for personal use or for some business function, please look at the descriptions carefully....even if you called them to verify information i have found that they lie about the products they sell....i was suspicious that they delayed telling you the shipping charges....i ordered 25 batteries and received batteries that were four months from expiring....their customer service had a don't care attitude on the phone .....definitely will not buy again.!!!
