Everything went perfectly. Status of order updates were e-mailed as the order progressed until order was shipped. Then it was easily tracked through fedex.

The process of advertising a product for a lower price than competitors on the net and claiming to have no shipping charge, and then adding $10.00 to any order totalling less than $100.00 makes them seem like they are pulling a bit of a bait and switch routine.
Despite this, their fairly rapid delivery of the product that was precisely what I ordered speaks well of them. One minor disadvantage was that to obtain detailed technial specs of the product required my findng them on another website. While this can be a mere disadvantage to some, for those setting up more complex systems that must maintain full compatibilty between multiple pieces of hardware with myriads of software packages running on them at the same time, this lack of hard information could easily result in the purchase of what would work out to be what was in essence a worthless product for the consumer.

The product was sent to my company's business address not my home address and I am not sure exactly why. Besides that, working with CTI was acceptable. However, dealing with TRENDware was unsatisfactory. Issues with them and questions asked have still not been answered.
