At first I was afraid to order from IBuyDigital because their prices are alot lower than GoodGuys or BestBuy which made me think that thier products might be used or something is wrong with it. I took the chance. Now, I totally recommend shopping at IBuyDigital. I would shop at IBuyDigital again. Their service is average, their tracking system is poor and they take a while to ship the item. But what can you ask for when you are paying 30% less than Good Guys or Best Buy. The important thing is the product came new and in great shape.

My only disatisfaction with this merchant is that as soon as I put my order in, the camera I bought went down in price by $25. I had researched and checked the website for a week or so on this same camera, and the price never changed in that time. So, it stinks that it's worth less as soon as my order went in and once I had the camera delivered.

I needed this item by a certain date. Before I completed the order, I called the company to verify which type of shipping was required to receive the merchandise by the needed date. I paid extra for overnight shipping and the item arrived 3 business days later. When I called about my order all I got was voice mail and had to zero at to talk to someone in a different department. The only info this person could give me was that there is a small print clause that says that things will be shipped within 48-72 hours.

I placed my order on Saturday. Sunday I received an e-mail saying that my order needed to be confirmed, please call. When I called I was told the last four digits of my credit card came in "fuzzy" and needed to be confirmed. I was then told my camera would ship and be here in three days with a tracking # available by end of the day. No tracking number by Tuesday so I called again. Sorry, order will ship Tuesday and be upgraded to overnight shipping. Tracking # available by end of the day. No tracking number available by Thursday. So on Thursday I call and am told the camera has been out of stock but its back in and will ship that day . . . luckily my tracking number came Friday morning, though it was never posted to the website's tracking feature as I was told it would be.

I was skeptical at first at the huge price savings, thinking 'what's the catch?'

The experience was good, however when I received the lens cleaning kit, the lens cleaning fluid had leaked out of the bottle onto the other merchandise. It was packed well and therefore I do not consider IBuyDigital to be responsible for the problem. It appeared that the clulprit was a defective plastic container. I will probably purchase prducts from this vendor again.
