I ordered the merchandise on 11/3; the order was not placed until 11/14 and that was after I called to inquire about my order on 11/10, they (datavision) informed me that they would ship the next day, which did not happen. At this time, we received the computer fine, but the router was not shipped with the computer. The invoice indicates that the router was shipped with the computer. I called DataVision once and was informed that the party I needed to speak in was out for 20 minutes. I am going to call back.
I suspect everything will be fine, but at the time of this survey, I am still missing the router and DataVision has not provided a solution after one phonecall. Read more

Very satisfactory, except pricing slightly obscure. The cost price shown on screen which I thought was the amount to be charged to my credit card was in fact the price after allowing for the $100 mail in rebate and my credit card was billed for $100 more. There was no Email confirmation so the first I knew was when the invoice came with the shipment. I think this should be sorted out to show amount to be charged to credit card and also that a confirming Email should be sent immediately order is made. Read more

I chose Datavision because the price was good, they were a Sony certified dealer and repair center, and it was a real "brick and mortar" place, not just a bunch of brokers on telephones. TV arrived yesterday, two days ahead of schedule. Haven't unpacked it yet, but so far, so good. Read more
