The item was delivered in a timely manner, but I have the feeling this was VERY old stock, and the box had probably been opened. The box was missing some parts -- o-rings and gaskets, and the battery was dead. I won't send it back because it took me a few weeks to get around to checking the box, but I would inquire carefully before ordering anything else from this company.

I buy a Tivoli IsongBook to deliver in Germany, five days later it arrives. Perfect packing, perfect handling, perfect Quality.

I ordered a Food Saver Vacuum Packaging System V2490BCT. It is supposed to be new and would have been a fantastic deal, but it's defective, doesn't work at all. I'm wondering if it's a reconditioned product or just a lemon. This is my first time ordering from DealYard. I will soon see how they will handle this problem. Will they give me a full refund plus pay return shipping costs? So much for Easter leftovers being vacuum sealed with my new FoodSaver.

Prices are great at this website for small kitchen appliances. I bought a brand new crock pot that came brand new for a very low price. The deals are just too good to pass up. My customer service experience was actually very good.

I recently found some items on their site which I wanted to buy (for over $150 which entitled me to free shipping). I added the items to the cart but due to the fact that their descriptions are skimpy had to check with the manufacturer regarding the model I picked and what I expected. It took two business days for me to retrieve all information (plus a weekend). Anyway, when I finally was sure the items were exactly what I wanted I found that my shopping cart had been deleated (although it was there for over 2 days). The reason: They changed pricing (from +15% to +45%) on the items I chose and now offer "free shipping"! Of course they have a right to increase prices, etc., but to me this is proof of, well, you name it! FREE SHIPPING indeed. I would have to pay almost $40 more for the items which I chose previously (and then the shipping was also "free"!

Company says it offers "the lowest price on the internet or we don't sell it," but refused to match lower competitor's price. Company emailed to tell me that I could cancel a transaction after-the-fact for a $5 fee, including directions for how to pay the fee through Paypal. A day later, they shipped the product anyway. When I complained, I was told I could return the item and pay a 15% restock fee plus all shipping costs...on an item I was told had been cancelled and wouldn't ship. Very shady business practices. Horrible communication and customer service. No adherence to "lowest price" promise.

I am very happy with my purchase.  I ordered a coleman Lighted Sundome tent from Dealyard, it was the best price I could find, it shipped fast, I got it faster than expected.  Product is great.  All expectations were met.
