I placed this order November 30th. Item #SLLRP628110 was charged for, and never sent. Item #ANDMC077587 I was told had to be back ordered. These were ment for Christmas gifts, and neither item was sent to me, and I have been charged for one of them. I am not happy at all with this. Read more

After I ordered, I was told the item I ordered was "backordered." I tried to cancel since I needed to arrive by Christmas and I found the product at another store. When I tried to cancel one day later, they said it had already shipped. Email customer service was unacceptable. Phone customer service was better, but still poor. I asked for a return label but never received. With all the stress of Christmas shopping, I ran out of steam and did not end up returning the product. I will give the gift to someone else, but very bad experience with this merchant. Read more

For this purchase, the DVD was released, according to the website, beginning of December but then it was unexpectedly backordered even though it said it wasn't. I did appreciate that they notified me when it was shipped and it did make it for Christmas. Read more
