this has been the worst online shopping experience in my entire life. customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold and they limit the time you can hold to actually talk to someone. it's taking an act of God to cancel my order. it's been nearly 4 weeks since I placed it and have never received a shipping confirmation. i called customer service a week ago and did get to speak to a rep. she was going to contact the sales rep but have heard nothing since. i'm going to purchase this stroller from another vendor and it will be worth it to pay a little bit more. thanks for the opportunity of providing feedback.

ordered these items on 3-18-06 and have made two phone calls and two e-mails and have yet to find out when or what my order will be filled. am very unsatisfied with the fact that you did not contact me in any way, even after leaving messages with you people. will not be doing any business with your company in the future.

I am a repeat customer of Dreamtime Baby. They have great prices and hard to find products. I have never had a problem with there products, deliveries, or Services. They answer e-mails and ship promptly. My car seat arrived 2 days after i ordered it. I wasn't even expecting it yet! Items that do take longer to ship they tell you up front. I have ordered my daughters entire nursery bedding set, Wall paper border, Wall decorations through Dreamtime baby and I am extremely happy. I will continue to shop with them! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The box was in bad shape. I have a feeling that the tent was used when I was under the impression it was $50 for a NEW produce. The product was in good shape and I love it.

In all, a very good experience. I was unable to track my order at any time though - perhaps due to the fact that the only field entries on your site to track by are last name and zip code - when I am in Canada trying to enter a postal code. I even went to the UPS website and chose Canada as the country and was still unable to track my order. You may want to investigate avoiding this sort of experience in the future.
