I ordered the Britax Wizard Car Seat. When I originally ordered the product, the web site indicated that it was on backorder. It did not say that the product was discontinued and on close-out. When I tried to return the item, I was told that because the product was on close-out I couldn't return it. After customer service rep spoke to her manager, they agreed to take the item back with a 20% restocking fee. If I had known that the item was on close-out, I would not have purchased it.

I ordered accessories to match the quilt set for my daughter's baby who will be arriving this month. I was very pleased to find the items that I wanted and a lot more that are available should I decide to order any other items. I received them in great condition and was happy in the amount of time from order to receiving the shipment.

I was so excited to find the products that i purchased on your site. It wzs the cheapest out of any other site i had visited. The problem is that you dont have a way to ship to FPO APO addresses. I am in the United States Navy, it is hard for the whole navy community to find the things that we want from the states and get them to our families overseas. It was a major inconvienience to have to ship it to someone in the states and then have to pay them to ship it to me.

Never e-mailed me about stroller being on back order for 4 weeks called 4 times will never buy from again. Go to bustbuybaby.com much faster shipper and items in stock very friendly

we were told that shipping would be within 2-3 weeks of purchase and found out after the fact that the company did not even have the items in stock. we are still awaiting the arrival of our items.

This is the first major purchase I've ever made online and it was a really good experience. The things I ordered came in on time, were easy to track through UPS, and were in great condition. Not only that, but they were all on sale and I got a really good price!
