I have yet to purchase here due to false advertising on eBinoculars' part. They claim free shipping for purchases over $50 on their web site and on ads posted on many other buying sites. I have been checking their site for over a week attempting to ...

I love the binoculars, the price is very good, and the shipping (to Canada) was extremely fast. In all, as good an internet shopping experience as I have ever had. Would certainly deal with them again.

I purchased Night Detective Quest 3 from ebinoculars. I received my purchase within 5 days of ordering. Shipping was free and their price was very good. Correct charge was on my credit card. Item received undamaged and working as expected.

I ordered an item from them about a month ago ($300+) and paid for express shipping.
Since I never received anything within a week I wrote an email requesting the status of the shipment.
They told me if was back ordered and I would receive the item withing 7 to 10 days. Pretty disappointed, I still had them continue with the order. It is a month ago that I ordered the item, yet still nothing. Emailing them a few times has been useless, since I get no response.

Placed an order on a supposedly in-stock item, got the order confirmation, only to be told two days later that the item is backordered for at least two weeks. Had I known the item was backordered, I would have ordered from someone else. They also did not credit my Paypal account in a timely fashion after I canceled the account. I will not be ordering from these people again.

The only place on the Internet that had the Celestron SkyScout in Stock. What a wonderful price. I have seen these things as high as $599, but at ebinoculars I got it for $399. Great deals here and free shipping too.

Their price was the lowest plus FedEx shipping was free!
Ordered a Nikon on 02-12-07 and immediately received a confirmation email with an order summary.
Received a shipment notice by email on 02-13-07, with not only a tracking number, but also a tracking link. So all I needed was just one click. Punching-in the tracking number wasn't necessary.
The binocular arrived on 02-16-07, one day earlier than scheduled.
What could I expect more?

I ordered Nikon Binoculars from this company and despite the web site confirming that the product was in stock,following confirmation of my order, I received an E'mail explaining that the product was on back order for 2-3 weeks! Of course, when I attempted to respond to this, there is no telephone #, only an E'mail contact that they wont respond to!!

I ordered 2 binoculars from ebinoculars.com and they were on backorder with an approx arrival date of 7-10 days. It's been 3 weeks and these binoculars still have not shipped. Numerous attempts to contact the company via e-mail (their only means) with regards to the order have been ignored and I'm just not sure what to do....I guess I have to contact my credit card company and tell them that if they ever see a charge for these items, to deny it...at this point I have to order them from somewhere else but I just don't know if they will eventually send them to me and charge me for them...next time I will only order from a company with a published phone number....

I was in dire need of some binoculars for a hunting trip and my choice was leupold cascade river 10x42 (great value by the way). I found them at ebinoculars.com for about 25% less than any retail store. When I purchased them they were on back order and were to be shipped within 7 to 10 business days and then another 3 to 5 days for delivery. I knew they were not going to be there in time for the trip but they were such a
steal, I bought them anyway. Needless to say they were ordered on a Monday and arrived at my office the following Tuesday, the day before we left. They showed up a week and a half before I expected them. Not only were they early, they arrived were I needed them and were in excellent condition.

Great communication and a very nice web site. They had the best price plus free shipping. I'm very happy with Ebinoculars and would definitely buy from them again!

I bought a pair of Carson XM 8x42 binoculars on Thursday. They arrived at my address in rural Australia the following Monday. That would be the fastest delivery time I've ever had. Surprisingly, the FEDEX cost was lower than USPS. The cost of these binoculars was $168 US. No other store came close to this price. The Carson binoculars I bought are the best value for money binocular on the market at $168. On the website it seems to indicate that international buyers cannot use credit cards for purchases. I did. I wish I had more money, I would love to buy another pair from eBinoculars.com.

Single purchase, ordered Monday, arrived Friday, free shipping AND Best price (even before free S/H).
I would prefer more data on their site, rather than having to surf other sites w/ no intention of buying there to find out if it is what I wanted. I don't like buying optics without viewing them, but this one worked out great for me.
Return policy includes a 20% restock fee,which seems high, but not having to return it (and knowing their policy before ordering) made it acceptable.
