fast delivery, I received two e-mails (confirmation of purchase and shipping notification with link to track the package on the UPS website). The item (a scanner) was very well packaged in a kind of soft styrofoam. I haven't had any contact with customer service, so I can't comment on that.

I recently purchased an RX620 (printer/scanner) from the Epson Store for $129. It had been marked down from $199 and was the lowest price available on the internet. The product shipped for free, included a photobook (do it yourself)... overall, i'm very happy with the purchase!

Epson's credit card verification system would not authorize my credit card, even though the bank stated there was no problem with my account and I have used it countless other times with other online orders from different companies. Their customer service people were less than helpful and did not seem interested in resolving the issue or selling me a printer. The one thing they had no problem with was charging my account three times. Yes, my account was charged even though their website stated my transaction was not authorized. Now I have a big mess to clean up, and no printer. I thought I'd be receiving more reliable customer service directly from the manufacturer, but this is not the case. I would never do business directly with them again. I may never even buy another one of their products.

Wow! Bought a refurbished printer from Epson and not only is it the least expensive listed here, but they had free shipping and I got it a day earlier than they indicated. That meant I received it from ordering to setup in two days!
Website was easy to shop and check out from, and I received my confirmation letters right away.
Everthing about this site is great!

I had a hard time getting both orders on the same order. I don't know why. I did receive my order in about 5 days which was slower than usual. I had to go somewhere else to print my documents. I didn't realize I was out of ink because I usually stay on top of things. Having to go somewhere else to print because my order usually comes in about 24 hours this time 5 days..A little slow I though.I will still order from Epson Thank you Read more

This is an outstanding service when ordering, as required, to buy at least three packages of inks in order to have free shipping. I know that saved at a few bucks when compared to buying the inks locally. Read more
I am extemely satisified with Epson with one exception.
I received via e-mail a discount code that, except for an expiration date, stated without restrictions thatI would receive a 10% discount on any ink or paper on my next order. I set up an order for 2 ink cartridges @ $59.95 each and applied the discount code. It would not take it. I added 2 print paper sizes to the order and applied the discount code. It took it but applied it only to the least expensive smaller paper order (about $25 resulting in about a $2.50 discount. The larger paper was about $50, and the entire order was almost $200. Their discount coupon was extremely deceptive and misleading. Read more
