I have been a customer of Fashion Bug all my life. I am a plus woman and love their clothes. Wether I am in the store or online, I find great customer service. Their mail order is awesome. I receive each item in a special package. They are packed carefully. I love Fashion Bug!

my items have not been recieved and am having a terrible time tring to get assistance with the tracking. I am going back and forth ewith the customer servie and the USPS. I feel that Fashion Bug should be handling the tracing not me. In the meantime I am billed and Fashion Bug is telling me that the order has been delivered and the USPS has said that a PALLET was recieved but PERHAPS my package was not on it.
