Purchased a memory foam mattress 4 weeks ago. Purchase was easy, delivery on time and we're loving the mattress. They answered my pre-purchase questions quickly. Would be nice if they did a follow up survey or email asking if you received your order and were satisfied.

I am very pleased with my entire experience in purchasing my bed from Healthy Foundations. There was enough info on their website to answer my questions and when I spoke with their reps they answered all my questions. Once I made my purchase I received a ebill from them and shortly thereafter a email from UPS with tracking info. The bed arrived in no time I ordered it on a Tuesday and received it on Friday (I even talked the UPS guy into helping me carry it upstairs). The bed was easy to remove from the packaging and My Wife and I were able to put it up on the foundation. As for the smell it is not that bad and quickly went away. I have been sleeping on it for a week now and feel more rested and not as sore when I wake up. I would recommend Healthy Foundations to anyone that like me had sticker shock when they started pricing the TempurPedic beds.

I wanted to email you and let you know of my satisfaction with my
new mattress. It arrived in good order and within 7 days of placing the
order. It was easy to unpack and expanded rapidly to full size. I have
had two back surgeries and was having great difficulty sleeping with my
one year old conventional mattress, but the relief I have gotten from
the Healthy Foundations mattress has been amazing. I sleep much longer
and awake with no back ache at all. At first I was uncertain how I might
like it, as my first impression was that it was too firm, but it doesn't
take but a few minutes for the mattress to conform to me and all the
pressure points vanish. Now that my back doesn't hurt, I now can notice
that my pillows aren't up to snuff either... so I just ordered 2 of your
memory foam pillows as well ! Thanks for a wonderful product at a price
that real people can manage...

For years I have slept like a baby (woke up every 2 hours, crying). What a change since I started sleeping on this mattress. This mattress is phenomenal. Now I sleep 8 hours and wake up refreshed. No need for you to look any further...it is all that it claims and more! Arrived in 3 days, but I had to wait another two days for the mattress protector. The smell was there but went away in 2 days. I am of a certain age (and experience some power surges) but have not found the mattress to be hot. I love the mattress, my husband loves it, and my cats love it! I also love the fact that when I turn over, it does not disturb the husband or the cats. They are happy.

I had great customer service from start to finish with Healthy Foundations. The order was processed quickly and delivered as promised. We kept the mattress for several months. I loved the mattress, but in the end my wife decided it wasn't quite what she wondered. I contacted the company to ask about the 365-day return policy, a little concerned because it had been so long since we purchased. We'd had it less than 365 days, but still, I had to wonder if there would be some "gotcha" clauses that I hadn't read in the fine print.

I got a prompt reply about how to handle the return and they really couldn't have made it easier. Once they received the return at the fulfillment center, the refund was credited to my card ASAP.

I'd have no reservations recommending the product and the company to others. The only online shopping company that I've dealt with that comes close is Zappos. They both are customer-focused and have great products.

Excellent service, but topper was not for me. Couldn't get passed the smell. After one week the topper still had a strong, chemical smell. I wrote to Brian and explained my concerns, including information I read regarding the toxicity of the chemicals used to make his topper-TDI. Brian was great and answered all my questions but felt that my topper would not lose the smell. I was upset because I had read so many great reviews and couldn't believe no one else had this problems. I have a weak sense of smell so this came as a surprise. I had no problems getting my refund quickly. If you want to try a memory topper, this is the place. However, I will be looking for 100 percent natural latex!

When the mattress topper arrived, I immediately put it on the bed, and by bedtime it was unrolled and seemed ready to use. The odor was minimal, and didn't bother either my husband or me (and I'm very sensitive to smells). By morning I knew I wanted a second one for our king-size bed, and that arrived yesterday. I'm delighted with both the toppers and the mattress covers, and your prompt service as well. Both products exceeded my expectations. There's no tossing and turning to find a comfortable position, and for someone with back problems that's great! My 11-year old grandson slept in the bed one night and declared it "awesome"...I agree. All the information contained on your web site was tremendously helpful and saved me a lot of time and travel; by the time I was done reading the information I felt very confident that this would be a good purchase. My wife & I have now slept on our king size mattress for 6 nights now; and, we are both extremely satisfied. My wife insists on a firm bed, but I like comfort....this mattress fits both requirements.

I researched this purchase to death. I just could not justify paying top dollar for the name-brand mattress. Actually even paying the price for this mattress was a stretch. I simply did not expect the mattress to perform up to the hype. After reading the reviews, and given the 1 year guarantee, we pulled the trigger on a Healthy Foundations King Mattress. It arrived quickly, and was in great condition. We opened the bag, let it expand, and slept on it an hour later. There was almost no odor the first night, and none at all by the second night. I have never slept so good! I didn't realize just how poorly I was sleeping on my other mattress. After a month of use I can say that I am just as happy with it as I was the first day. I have absolutely no regrets about spending the money, and I'm glad I found this mattress before I was convinced to drop almost $3000 on the other choice. This is by far the best furniture purchase we have ever made. Buy one today!

The memory form mattress arrived a week to the day from when I ordered it and is exactly what your site says. It fits the bed perfectly and not at all like what you can buy in local stores. I'm totally satisfied! When it arrived, I opened it and placed it on the bed and it bounced to size in just a short time. I'm sure this is because it doesn't sit wrapped up for a long time. The cover actually arrived before the pad. I have it out on another of our beds airing out although the scent is not bad at all. I hope you get a lot of business because your product is exactly as you advertise. It may be a little more than the cheaper brands but, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."

I would like to commend Healthy Foundations for their excellence in service. Through my own error, the wrong size mattress topper was ordered. The error was discussed with Brian in Customer Service. He worked with me to correct my error and the correct size was delivered. My wife and I love the new comfort of sleeping on our new topper. I would highly recommend the quality of their product and the quality of their Customer Service.

Professional. Courteous. Above and beyond in customer service. Quality of memory foam mattress topper: EXCELLENT. Not hard like other memory foams I've tried. When the 2" king size topper wasn't quite enough, exchanging for a 3" was a pleasant, hassle-free experience. I will buy from these folks again, and have been telling everyone I know who is interested in mattress toppers to shop here. I also plan on purchasing one of their latex mattresses in the not-too-distant future. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

We first ordered a 2 inch mattress pad. On the first night we used it, we noticed that our backs no longer hurt at night and in the morning! So we ordered a pillow (I already have a memory foam pillow) for my husband, and he loves it, too. However, the pillow had a small tear in it, and Brian at Healthy Foundations immediately suggested that they would exchange it. However, the tear was minor and my husband didn't want to do without the pillow for a week, so we decided to keep it. We told Brian about it, and he told me that our decision is fine but if the tear gets worse or if we simply changed our minds about not having it exchanged, then not to hesitate to contact him. He was also very helpful when we were deciding the thickness of the pad. The products are great and the customer service is wonderful. We would definitely purchase from them again.

I must say that this is a most reputable company. If you are at all hesitant to do business on line, put your fears to rest with Healthy Foundations. There is always a real person to talk to about your questions. The warranty is iron clad. They completely stand by their 365 day promise. We had the queen size for 3 months before we decided to return it. I absolutely adored it, but it just didn’t work out for my husband. They couldn’t have made the return process any easier. They thanked me for my business and wished me good luck. What company does that?

The company's customer service is second to none. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical, even after reading all the positive comments and feedback on this site and others, given this was such a large purchase and there was no way to try it first.

In the end, both the mattress, the customer service and the delivery times far, far exceeded my expectations. The mattress is every bit as good as they advertise and the comments here were right on. I doubt very seriously I'd ever buy from anyone else again if I ever needed another mattress. I would suggest this company and any of their products wholeheartedly to anyone in the market for what they sell, without hesitation! Thanks Healthy Foundations!
