Worst on-line shopping experience ever!!!

Do not waste your time buying from a company that does not deliver on their promises or respect their customers. I ordered 2 medicine cabinets in early December and my credit card was charged immediately. The units did not arrive until the end of January, I would have been happy if that was the end of the story. They both arrived with broken mirrors. I have been trying to get a replacement ever since, they don't answer the phone, it goes to voice mail. They do not respond to emails. They make promises and then never fulfill them. It is now March 7th and they have not sent replacements even though they have promised to and I have not been able to get a response from them in 2 weeks. Overall a tremendous waste of time and money. This was a completely aggravating experience. If you are expecting a refund forget it, the only way to get your money back is to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I had a FAB experience at HomeAnnex. My rep was so nice I asked for him personally each time (Louis).

I got great pricing and service. My stuff was on time and fast. I had to return an item late (long story as to why we didn't get to it sooner) and it wasn't a problem (so far, it just went back this week).

It was nice to have a website's customer service back up the site. HomeAnnex has so much it helps to have a human weed through, especially when you know what you want.

WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. RIP OFF. WE ORDERED A RICE COOKER FOR ALMOST $200.00 FROM THIS SITE. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. IT IS NOW SPRING AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RICE COOKER. MULTIPLE CALLS AND WE CAN'T GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY PROMISED TO GIVE US A REFUND BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REFUND. THEY CLAIMED THAT REFUND WAS NOT GIVEN BECAUSE THE MANAGER WAS JUST FIRED. THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD EVEN BEFORE THEY SHIP YOU ANYTHING. WE ARE REPORTING THIS WEBSITE TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR INVESTIGATION.

BEWARE BEWARE. DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT WE DID.

The handling of my order was and continues to be unacceptable. Defective merchandise has not been returned because a return authorization was not issued despite numerous phone calls, emails and FAX by me. My credit card company has been notified and has suspended payment for the damaged items.

Given this deplorable behavior and total lack of customer service, FaucetNation/HomeAnnex should be removed from business on the internet!

The ordered items (bathroom faucets) were components in a home remodeling project. The delays imposed by the handling of my order with FaucetNation have negatively affected this project: caused costly delays in installation, inconvenienced me/my family, created unnecessary extra work.

Very satisfied thus far with my HomeAnnex experience. Knowledgeable phone reps and VERY quick shipment on the items they had in stock!! I ordered Monday night and received my items on Thursday.

I recommend calling Andre (x233) for ordering items. I went on the website to order some plumbing fixtures and was not able to locate the rough-in valves for what I wanted. So I called customer service and spoke with Andre (x233) who was able to help me in a quick and professional manner. Later, I even had to call back and change part of my order because I ordered an incorrect item and needed to add something and he was very kind in making the corrections and helping me find the right items. I only just ordered these items today and will revise/update my review when I receive them regarding shipping.

We live in British Columbia, Canada. We ordered 3 light fixtures on November 13, 2007. I have been in numerous conversations with numerous staff members at your warehouse. Eric for the initial order and an email on November 26 that informed us that the fixtures were delayed(but the funds had been taken off my Mastercard November 13), Jeanette on Dec 24, Kawana on Dec 27, Matt on Jan 3, John on Jan 21 (freight charges were to be reversed....still not done),Monica on Feb 4 and finally Kawana,again, on Feb 12. Still no lights but a lot of excuses and put offs. It was not until last week (Feb 13) when I was lucky enough to get Matilda Robson on the phone. She is trying to resolve this order. She has emailed me and kept me informed of the status of the fixtures. She is a keeper! After three months I am now hopeful that we will have the order in a couple of weeks.

STAY AWAY. This is the worst company ever. I have placed an order about 2 months ago and of the 6 items, only 3 were delivered (but they charge your card immediately). 1 was discontinued, and no one bothered to tell me until i kept calling... was finally credited after 6 weeks. I've had to return some items and they never credited my card even though they say they will "tomorrow", it's been 10 days since they said that. Another item was backordered and I was never told, and supposedly it's shipping out 2 months later but it's been 2 months and i still haven't received anything. Customer service is confused and unsupportive at all. I am never ordering again, even though they have the cheapest prices online- just to lure you in. Homeclick.com has similar prices (only 5% higher on most bathroom items) and is much better at returns/customer service.

I placed an order over 30 days ago and still haven't received the item. Homeannex did not indicate this was a back order. In fact, the web site advises customers that most items take two weeks for delivery. There has been no reply to my e-mails and there has been no communication to me regarding any delay or expected date of delivery. Overall, I am unsatisfied with the service and would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

Waited four weeks for my chandelier to arrive....Finally, it was delivered....BROKEN. Home Annex has ignored my request (over 4 weeks) for a RETURN ORDER Form which they say is mandatory for all returns. Since they do not publish a shipping address, I sent the item to their Corporate offices as my credit card company requested. Visa will reimburse me for the cost of the chandelier, plus shipping. HomeAnnex warns if you send merchandise to their corporate office they will charge you a hefty fee to reroute the package....Let them try it!!!! Thank Goodness for Credit Card Fraud Protection...You need it shopping with this criminals.

My experience with Home Annex has been a terrible one. On 11/29/07 we ordered a light. Our credit card was charged the next day.

Of the 5 phone calls I have made to Home Annex enquiring about my order over the past couple of months (20 - 45 minute wait for each call), 4 people flat out misled me to believe my item would be delivered by the following week. Only 1 of the 5 associates was actually honest and said the item was and _is currently_ on back order.

I will not only never use Home Annex again, I will not use the manufacturer of the light in which we originally ordered - Euroface.

Businesses managed like HomeAnnex should be illegal

I ordered two sinks in October. Twenty days ago I called (one more time) to check on the status, and they said one of the sinks was back ordered until Feb 07. I told them to cancel the order for that sink. They haven't credited my account yet, and they haven't shipped the other sink yet, despite all the sweet promises of the operators.
The moment I gave them my credit card number they said the shipment would take 14 days max. More than a month later I am still waiting. I wish I had read epinions first. I wouldn't have mind to wait if they have told me their time frame from the beginning, that way at least I could have planned accordingly.

Sadly another repeat of experiences outlined by others. Unresponsive to inquiries, immediate billing of order with no delivery, nearly impossible to connect with customer service, rude and dishonest exchange.

I have ordered $1000s in online items for a major home improvement project and this is my single negative experience. Now relying on VISA consumer protections to escape the hell of endless frustrations to resolve with vendor.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The reason this company can offer such low prices is because they do not actually have the items they are selling. They take your money, and months later you have no money and no product! Good luck trying to get a refund!

AVOID THIS WEB SITE AT ALL COSTS!! New version of the old "bait and switch" tactic. This place is a nightmare to deal with! After I placed my order online, they decided the prices were not right and would only send me my lights for an ADDITIONAL $70.00 MORE! No satisfaction from customer service at all. HomeAnnex has unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), there are many complaints on file and they are not a member of the BBB but they display the BBB logo on their site! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

My overall experience was very good, however I would suggest evening customer service hours on your call center. There are many of us that work during the day and cannot make calls during the day. I was not able to make a call because your center was only open until 6.

I recieved by package from HomeAnnex but the package was torn up and empty. After contacting UPS and giving them my tracking number, I contacted HA. After a week of no e-mails or phone calls I called back and found out that they did not have any idea of the problem. It was then quickly resolved and I recieved a new UPS shipment within 10 days. The second package was also in very bad shape, but fortunately, the knobs were still in the package.

I ordered 5 items; one of which arrived broken. Despite numerous calls to customer service (following unanswered email inquiries to customer service), I still haven't received the replacement product six weeks later. Placing calls to customer service is especially annoying as it usually takes at least 15 minutes to get a "live" service rep. In my opinion, their prices are good but their mechanism for tracking shipments or following up when issues are reported is unacceptable.

The company's website is very clear and easy to navigate. After initial order was placed, was given indication that the products would ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Contacted HomeAnnex after 4 weeks, and received response within 48 hours. But, 6 weeks later and I still have not received my order.

I was told several out and out lies about my order when it was received by them,when it was shipped and bogus UPS tracking numbers. Still waiting to see what can be done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered the product. My credit card was billed. I did not and have not yet received the product. I had to call about the lack of delivery. No email was sent to advise of the back order. I felt it was inappropriate to bill my card without sending the product. People were nice but the process was sloppy at best.

I was not satisfied with the light fixtures. When I tried to return them I was given a Number to put on the outside of the box and was then called and told it wasn't right and they would call me with another number. It took three weeks and repeated phone calls before I got the correct number. I have not been satisfied with my dealings with your company.

Was charged for the total amount of order even though one item is on backorder. After placing order online, a phone call to check on status showed the AeroGarden out of stock. However, it was shipped the next day and tracking info was provided. Arrived quickly & was well packed. But no information on status of Backordered seed kit for it as of yet. I should not have been charged for seed kit until it ships. Customer Service was courteous, but I had to be transferred to another department as they do not have all the information in front of them. Hopefully that will change in the future. Although I did save money by purchasing from them, the fact that they charged me for an out of stock item means I won't be back.

I ordered my product on Nov. 19th and have not received it yet. In calling to check on it today (I could not find a way on the website to track my order number), I seemed to be bothering the customer service rep (after I was waiting for 15 minutes to be transfered to someone). He was neither helpful or kind over the phone.

After 1 week the product had not shipped so I called customer service. Waited 15 minutes to speak with rep who was not able to provide shipping estimate. After 2 weeks called customer service again. Waited 25 minutes to speak with rep. Still no estimated ship date, so requested order cancel. Was put on hold for 5 minutes. Rude rep came back and informed me order was cancelled. Will never attempt to shop with this merchant again.
