Worst online shopping experience-only excuses and dodging

Ugh. Where to begin? It's clear they say they have items that are in stock when they are not. I ordered my item over three weeks ago and it has yet to appear. They claimed it shipped 3 days after my order. Only after badgering them through several phone calls did they finally give me a tracking number for the item. It turned out to be invalid with UPS. They then assured me that it would turn up when it was scanned. They also admitted that it hadn't shipped when they said it had. I am still waiting, and they give me the run around when I ask to cancel, assuring me it has shipped, but mysteriously they still cannot contact the manufacturer or verify the tracking number. Run, run away from this retailer.

I purchased a stroller from Mini Tots and could not have been happier with the purchase. Shipping was even faster than it was supposed to be and stroller was packaged well. They sent emails confirming my order, and then sent a tracking number once it was shipped. I wouldn't hesitate to shop from Mini Tots in the future. Their prices were very comparable to other retailers and shipping was very low.

I have to agree with other writer on their customer service.
When I had missing hardware on my crib purchases and call and e-mail them to request on replacement of hardware, I had extremely hard time to get in touch with them. They never reply to my numerous E-mails, never return my voice messages, and seldom picks up the phone.
When I was finally able to get in touch with them, they promise updates by phone & e-mail, which they never follow up.
I am still waiting them to resolve the problem and getting mad on their no response policy.
I am extremely frustrated with their irresponsibility & have to say I will never ever purchase from them.

Worst customer service on the web!

My crib arrived quickly but was badly damaged. Minitots claimed the replacement parts had been shipped by the manufacturer but no parts ever arrived. Finally, I contacted NurserySmart myself and arranged for a return. Two days later UPS picked up the crib. It has now been 2 months and 6 phone calls, but my money has not been refunded. Don't order from this company! Save your time and your money.

Easily navigable website, ordered on a Friday, crib shipped on Wed and was delivered Friday - one week turnaround. Crib did arrive with box in somewhat damaged condition (torn flap, scrapes and a few holes) but crib inside was totally undamaged! I would definitely buy from minitots.com again

Didn't inform of backorder

The website did not say that the item was out of stock. in fact, it says "In Stock" right there where you order. But I got an email several days after ordering saying that the item was on backorder and that my order was cancelled. It seems like they could do more to let you know this before you go through the trouble of putting in all your information.

They have a great selection and a well designed web site, very easyto navigate and to find what you are looking for. After I placed my order they notified me that one item was on backorder, all the other item shipped within 3 business days, and the backorder shipped as promised direct from the manufacturer, the best prices online, I spoke to their customer service and they where very helpful, they even offered me a 5 % off coupon, coupon code %5CJ. I would recomend them to all my family and freinds.
