Service has been good. Items very good. Only exception: Should offer USPS option for delivery. It is much cheaper and speed of delivery is not a msjor concern for golf clubs. In my experience it is almost as fast as UPS.

The putter was described as equivilant to the Oddesy 2-ball putter, however the pinemeadow putter is a lot heavier in weight than the Oddesy putter, it is not even close in weight and feel, a necessity in performance. As a result of this experience I will not be making another pruchase at Pinemeadow, and will discourage anyone from doing so.

Shopping for a left handed set was very difficult. I must have vistited over 50 sites before I was led to yours. I found the perfect set for my "Newbie" wife. She looks forward to using them. Thanx!!!

Clubs were delivered to Golfsmith by mistake of UPS. Golfsmith called us and resent them via UPS to my house. This caused a 2 or 3 day delay in my getting them. Also, they were supposed to be 1 1/2 inch shafts. Thay didn't seem to be any longer than my previous putters. Did not know how to check this with Pinemeadow. Thanks, Rod Ruger

My last purchase was somewhat frustrating. I had issues with a few of the clubs and wrote emails and left voicemails asking for a call back. I never got a call back but I did get emails asking for me to call PineMeadow. When I finally got someone from PM on the phone, rather than helping me work thru the club issues they just gave me a return number. So I returned the clubs. This experience has encouraged me to look at GigaGolf for my next golf purchase.
