I ordered the RC Helicopter called "Dragonfly". It has been a great experience. The price was cheap and the shipment was fast. Nothing was broken and everything is easy to set up. I don't know how well it operates, though. I didn't realize the size of the helicopter was this big. It obviously isn't designed for flying in the house plus we live in the city area. I would try if it works later.

For the shipping and packaging, I would give it an A. (I don't know what the others are talking about because on the tracking website, it says the original mailing place is in Calif. I think the reason people say Raidentech don't have nothing in storage is because they run out of storage in the holidays and had to wait for the next shipment from China. Everything is made in China nowaday. What a shame. Totally Destroyed the American Economy. Now everyone has to be a doctor or pharmacist to make money. Otherwise we have to be f*cking cashiers or cleaners or waiters. What the h*ll)

Bought my two sons each an RC truck from RaidenTech.com for Christmas. Shipped quickly w/tracking info provided. Received quickly and items as expected. When opened on Christmas day, we found them to be pieces of junk - basically wouldn't run worth a hoot. Boxed them up, sent them back two days after Christmas. Had TREMENDOUS difficulty getting through by phone to get an RMA number, and then the guy told me - 'Oh, yes, we have alot of problems with that model of truck.' Wish they'd have told me that, or perhaps quit selling it!!

As it turns out, the front page on their web site touts - "100% satisfaction guaranteed", but buried way down within their policies and FAQ pages is the truth - they charge a 15% "return fee" for anything you return plus you pay the return shipping.

I'll NEVER buy from these losers again. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I have ordered an RC racing boat in early March 2008. They were quick in shipping my item. But the boat they sent me was disgustingly ugly. There were scratches all over. The stickers were peeling off, so I removed all of them. When the stickers were removed, I found a small crack. I had to put a glue. The motors and the motor compartment were oily, as if it had already been used. The battery that came with it is dying. I've run this boat only 3X. The battery would only run for 2 to 3 minutes after charging it completely. They told me to return the boat. I don't want to go through the hassle of sending it back. I'm from outside the U.S. This company I should say has a poor quality control and their people are not doing their job right.

I was disgusted at the quality of products sent. I ordered 2 RC boats, one was cracked and the other yellow one did not work at all. I sent them both back for replacements at my expense for shipping. I was sent 2 more boats with exactly the same issue. One was cracked the other (yellow one) did not work same as the first. On the second time around I have been given the run around and cannot get a response form anyone. This is definitley going to my attorney.

Ordering is easy,as with any website. Shipping is outrageously expensive. Customer service is non-existent. I called their number repeatedly and only got busy signals,was finally told by phone co. that it was no longer in service or disconnected. No replies to E-mails. One of the items was broken and no way to return it. Very unhappy. There was no invoice or any other paperwork in the box and no return shipping label provided. Very poor way to do business. Ease of ordering and fast delivery are all very well,but service after the sale is what makes a good retailer.

Shipping within one business day is a lie. There's no customer service whatsoever.

e-mails not returned, phone is busy any time you call during business hours, no answering machine.

Ordered my package over a week and paid for 2nd day air delivery lots of money, and i still did not get it.

They have another web site with a different name, but you will notice the same phone number.

I will not shop there ever.

One of the four items I bought came completely destroyed in the package.  Then they told me I had to pay shipping to return it!  It cost $25 and I've been told I need to pay to send it back, plus loose 15% for a stocking fee.  I'm contacting my credit card company to begin a dispute as soon as I finish typing this review!

Save your money and look elsewhere! 

My fifth item shipped separately and has not even shown up yet. 

Ordered a new RC heli from this company late Monday evening and I have it in my hands Wednesday morning! I did try to place a call and do an in-warehouse pickup. The number was busy as others have mentioned and they responded to my email that they do not allow pickup. But no biggie, I used "CJFREESHIPPING" to get free shipping, which was a better deal than "CJ10" for 10% off my $70 heli.

So while I can believe this company might not have the best service/returns department, if you know what you want and order it correctly they do a great job of shipping it at a great price! The heli was brand new in box, with good packaging.

Would buy from again.

I purchased a RC Boat for my son for Christmas. The controller had a control knob broken off, and wasn't even in the box, the antenna and the instruction manual were not included.

The phone line is continuously busy, and they do not respond to E-mails.

I am working through the credit card company to get may money refunded.

I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL ITEMS FROM THEM AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT, UNFORTUNATELY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT ANYBODY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SENDING OVER 15 E-MAILS.. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY LAST ORDER AFTER ONE MONTH AN A HALF AND THEY ARE JUST UNAVAILABLE TO LET ME KNOW WHY...I HOPE THEY IMPROVE THIS...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL>.. we bought an RC ride on car from them. It shipped fast, but the next day after arrival, the sound system stopped working completely. We complained to Raiden Tech and asked for support to fix it, but they refused to provide any support and upon a lot of insistence, gave a $20 discount coupon. A week after, the car stops and runs randomly, possibly because of a loose connection but raiden tech is providing no support at all. They flatly refused to provide any technical support and also said that there is no warranty on anything we buy from them. DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
