I ordered a radar detector that was the cheapest I found on the internet 4 days before Christmas and had it shipped overnight. After reading reviews on this store I began to worry and called them. They assured me it would be there the next day. Well, it came just as promised the next day. Very well packaged and in perfect condition.
I ordered a blinder M-20 Extreme from this outfit. When I made the original order, they stated by phone that this item was in stock. They charged my credit card...and then I waited. After sending a couple emails with no answers, I called around week 4, waiting for answers. Fortunately they did answer the phone, but basically said, "we'll call you back when we find out where your shipment is located". Of course they never called back. Well, after calling five times, they finally shipped the item with no explanation after 6 weeks of waiting. I would NOT recommend these guys for anything, unless you don't mind waiting up to 7 weeks for your order, and calling them to "remind" them to send the thing.

I have purchased products over many years from SBH (Corp) in New York City. Always receive the shipment very quickly (less than a week most times) in Australia. Sounds amazing but it's true! Pricing seems to always the best on the internet. I deal with David who owns the company. You can buy with confidence from SBH.

SBHCorp wouldnt take an overseas credit card so I used them as the cheapest price on 2 Bel RX65 radar detectors then got CarDomain.com to match their price and got excellent service from them instead.

Do not buy from this company. Purchased a radar detector that quite working and was told to send it back and they would replace it. It has now been 5 months and I still can not get them to send me a replacement. I have been told everything from it's in the mail, to we will refund on your credit card, to we will call you back and they never do. I will call everyday until I get it. Companies like this one should not be allowed to operate and I am turning them over to the state of New York for mail fraud.
On an impulse I purchased a viper remote start car alarm simply because it was the best price I could find. I am soon realizing I may have made a mistake. To date I have not recieved any sales confirmation of my purchase or tracking information even after four attempts of calling customer service. I placed the order a week ago and at this point I am extremly concerned I am going to get ripped off!!

I ordered a Bel RX65 from them and never got an invoice or a email confirmation and they wouldn't return my call. They did however charge my credit card. I protested the charge and after my credit card company got involved I received the merchandise still without an invoice or a packing slip that should have provided an invoice number. They were the least expensive but not worth the hassle. I would gladly pay more elsewhere to deal with a reputable company. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Sometimes saving $10.00 on a $200+ piece of electronics is not worth the angst.

I ordered a kenwood dnx 8120, at first i thought since all the reviews were pretty much bad that it was gonna be a horrible experience. but the shipping was fast and product was great. even the customer service was good cause i called back 3 or 4 times make sure you ask for invoice to be emailed, one didn't come with the package. Will install tomorrow and do a 30 day update to see if im still happy.
