I have been burned by online vendors before so I am always leery about ordering from somebody for the first time. That said, I don't have more than one benchmark to grade SuperDuperClub against, but let me say that it is a good one. Speed was so good that I hadn't even had time to track the purchase before it arrived.

I found SuperDuperClub.com by coincidence when shopping
for the cheapest price. The online order process was easy.
I was immediately notified about receipt of the order and when it will be sent to me. The order went out 2 days later.
Overall a very convenient, cheap and fast service. Great!

Experience overall was good, except for some issues with the selected shipping method. I selected Second Day Air UPS and paid for it $11.99 and when item shipped it was using regular USPS Priority Service, after a few emails company claims refunded the difference, I'm waiting for that since apparently refund done on 100405 while sale was placed on 092805. I would buy again, obviously selecting the regular USPS if anyway it's going to be shipped that way to where I live at. I think that the service could be improved by having the company take action and offer solutions for problems, in my case I had to explicitly request a refund for the difference in shipping costs on the 3rd email I sent , the company did not do anything prior to my explicit request for the refund (even if politely implied in last 2 emails I had written to them). More initiative that would be the word to describe what this company or it's representative lacks. REMEMBER: CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST!Word of mount does count!
As for the product;it's in excellent working order.

I needed an item quickly and received it on time with no problems. Communication thru e-mail/ tracking info. was good! Will definitely shop here again.

The worst online company available. I ordered a video game controller and received an email conformation on May 9th that my order was being shipped out on that date, with FedEx 2 day service I payed extra for. Today is May 17th and nothing has come nor has anything been sent from Superduperclub. My tracking number says that data was transferred but no package actually shipped by this Super Pooper Club. Customer service is absolutely horrible, the worst in the business, go ahead try 'em out i dare you.

order was made 12/22/05 total $96.00 after several days of confusion.From wrong email address so they could not send conformation of order, to sending package USPS instead of
UPS which i marked as how i wanted it shipped.Package was returned to them on 01/03/06 .Email from them on 01/05/06
stated that they would reship via UPS as previously directed
as soon as they recieved package from post office.On 01/12/06.Recieved e-mail stating my account was credited back minus the cost of return policy .IT COST ME $28.00 TO NOT HAVE ANYTHING.MAN I WANT A BUSINESS LIKE THAT .THINK OF IT YOU COULD PURPOSLEY NOT HAVE CORRECT ADDRESSING AND HAVE ITEM SHIPPED BACK SO THAT YOU COULD CHARGE AN UN-GODLY AMOUNT FOR COMPLIANCE ON YOUR RETURN POLICY.

This was one more example of caveat emptor (buyer beware). I paid extra money for faster shipping and was told that because some of the items were coming out of warehouse A instead of warehouse B, they would not be covered under the faster shipping method. I do not understand why they made THEIR logistical issues MY problem, but this is apparently the sort of organization that is unconcerned with customer satisfaction. I am going to report this incident to the Attorney Generals Office and the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.com) to try and warn people that there are other, better shopping sites on the web.

The DVDs arrived less than two days later! And I only used priority shipping! Very impressive! You have the cheapest preorder prices EVERY TIME and because of that I will always buy from SuperDuperClub. However, it would be nice to see the pictures of these DVDs before I purchased. More and more I find myself going to Amazon.com to verify the actors and release dates before I come to SuperDuperClub to take advantage of the really good prices. My family loves the 10 DVD Star Trek Movie Collection and SuperDuperClub saved me over twenty dollars! Keep up the overall good work!

I buy discounted DVDs on line all of the time and I'd never heard of SuperDuperClub. I decided to give them a try based on a search engine's recommendation and I was so glad I did.They had an extraordinary inventory,low prices and promised super fast shipping. I was a bit nervous at first thinking it must be a scam because you can't get all of these good things in one place. Wrong. The first part of my order arrived in three days! The second,two days after that and my third 4 days after that (following a holiday).I am so impressed that I will definitely look here again before I look anywhere else.

I am very satisfied. My order was complete and accurate. The delivery time was great. Ordered on a Friday received merchandise on the following Friday (standard delivery). The price was the best that was found including shipping. Will shop SuperDuperClub.com again.

This is the first time I have shopped with this company and I have found it to be very enjoyable. The service was great and the articles I ordered arrived in great shape and the service was very good. I was very happy with it and would shop there again.

The order arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. The cost was excellent, the lowest I could find. Several shipping options were available.

Great prices on the items I purchased (two PC video games for my hubby).  Good communication from the merchant by way of e-mail.  I'd perfer to be able to login to my account on their website to see my order but they do offer the ability to track it via their website.  The order was delivered in a timely manner.   I did not have a need to contact them so I really can't rate their post sale support.  I would feel comfortable recommending them to a friend though based upon this "no problems" experience.
