I called these guys for an air conditioners. I spoke to a sales rep named Katie. She was the most helpful gal I ever spoke to. She explained everything. She figured out the right unit for my room and he was right. I got the unit and put it in the window and it works great! My room is cool, just the way I like it. The delivery guy was great too. 

I will buy from these guys again. They were a pleasure.

I was placing my order at Internet and the merchandise was available. Days later, I got e-mail the merchandise was discontinued and no longer made. When I call them to check my order and was told the merchandise was available,but price is up. Not horniest. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
