Good website. I wish they would have included the UPS tracking number as UPS messed up the delivery on various occasions. I had no idea the package was in Houston since UPS was not leaving notices of failed delivery...

My order arrived by UPS in excellent condition and on time. UPS required my signature which pleased me insomuch as I live on a corner and leaving packages on the stoop concerns me regarding theft. I was advised by TechToys that one item would be shipped separately and it was. It arrived the very same day by regular USPS. I will definitely shop with this merchant again when and if the need arrives. Thank you.

I FOUND THIS MERCHANT TO HAVE THE BEST PRICE FOR THE CASIO CAMERA USUALLY I AM AFRAID TO GO WITH THE LEAST EXPENSIVE BUT I DID THIS TIME AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT I AM GLAD I DECIDED TO GO AGAINST MY ORIGINAL BELIEF.

I ordered the camera online. They completed the order process down to debiting my credit card account. Two days later they e-mailed me saying that the product was out of stock and that I would receive a credit back to my account. They didn't even check to see if it was in stock before debiting my account. They did not offer to substitute a camera of equal or higher quality, they just said that my credit card would be credited back my purchase price. They finally told me that the product was discontinued and that they would not be getting any more of that particular camera. They basically didn't care if I got a camera from them or not. I had previously bought a camera for my daughter and had no problems with that transaction. It was like there were new owner who really didn't care if they satisfied the customer or not. Also even after being informed that the camera was out of stock and that they would not be getting any more of them, they still advertised on their website that they had that camera "in stock" and ready for immediate shipping. I pointed that out to them and it was still on the website the next day. I have since bought the same camera from another vender and at the moment very happy with the new vender and will never shop with TechToyForLess again. They were very unprofessional in dealing with me and the out of stock camera. Maybe they can accomplish good business relations only as long as there are no problems, (i.e. things in stock) but don?t know what to do when they run out of something. (like take the advertisement off of their website or even checking to see if it is in stock before debiting someone?s account and sending an email that their purchase in on the way)

When there was a 2-day delay in shipping due to high demand for the model I purchased, I received an e-mail immediately. I also received an offer of a free leather camera case, which I hope will be shipped under separate cover.
