I was a bit hesitant to order b/c of the negative feedback posted but I took a chance b/c of the overwhelming positive feedback. I'm glad I did. Tigergps had an item that was out of stock just about at every other retailer or online site. They offered a better price and delivered to me faster than expected (and shipping was FREE!).

I received timely e-mails indicating problems with my order (my fault) and shipping info including a link to the UPS tracker. When I contacted customer service for the ordering error, they resolved within the error within minutes. They were friendly and professional.

I don't doubt the negative experiences other may have had but my individual experience was stellar....

I was a little irritated at them at first because their ad indicated the Lowrance GPS that I was interested in was in stock and it turned out it wasn't and I didn't get it for a few weeks. They offered and I accepted to credit my credit card the purchase price until the unit shipped.
However, the gps quit working after 10 days so I returned it under Tigergps's 60 day return policy and I was very impressed. As soon as they received by old unit they shipped another unit back to me, next day air, at no expense to me.
I will definitely shop with them again. They had the lowest price and I was impressed with how they followed through with their return policy.

My first experience with TigerGPS.com was a success. Their webpage is neat and clean and easy to use. I even gave them a call to find out some more information about the GPS I was purchasing on their toll free number. I decided to buy (3) Magellan Sportrak Color GPS units and the very next day, as they promised, the shipment arrived to my house. A comfirm was sent to my email once my order went through and I was able to track my order in that breif 1 day wait. The pricing was the lowest I seen, the thing was they had no ratings, which made me hesistant, but in all truthness, this company defines the word service. I am definitely going to be purchasing more from tigergps.com and I highly recommend you make all your purchases from them. You will be a happy camper like me.

I ordered a iWAY 500C GPS from TIGERGPS before reading some of the very negative comments I found on line and they really had me worried! The worrying was for nothing! I requested they meet a much lower price(50.00)as they stated on their Website they would match any other price. I chose to order from TIGERGPS because they offered same day shipping (the lower price store was 3-5 day). Erica E-mailed they would meet the other price.I ordered the GPS unit on 8/04/2005 and received it (in excellent condition) on 8/09/2005. Erica was very polite and helpful when I talked to her on the phone. I highly recommend TIGERGPS.

By far the cheapest out there. I ordered a Magellan RoadMate and it was shipped in two days, for $300 less than in stores. No-frills and easy. Well-done!

I ordered a Magellan GPS from them on 3days ago. I called first to make sure it was available he said yeah. I went to website and ordered a unit. I thought it was going to take longer, but I was shocked when on Tuesday I got a call from my brother telling me it was in. Pretty damn fast shipping.

Prices were good, infact better than anywhere else i've seen online or retail store. Will use them again for sure. I was skeptical at first, I had ordered the item from Tigerdirect and they out right lied to me, and when I wanted a unit with the same features for the same or close to the same prices they said no. So, I was happy to find out that TigerGPS is associated with Tigerdirect.
Now, if they only sold computers and items like, I would give them all my business.

I made a call one day to verify stock on the items I wanted to order. It was after 3:00 PM so I waited until the next day to call my order in to make sure it would be shipped that day. Both associates were very helpful. I received an email confirmation on my order and was supposed to receive shipping confirmation e-mail. I did not receive the confirmation but that is OK the package showed up earlier than I expected. I am glad I took the chance to deal with this supplier as I was not sure given the negative reviews I have read. I will use them again and recommend them to anybody.
