Tried to buy a 50" Sony at their price of2389.99 plus shipping of 209.99. Call them to confirm the shipment and was told that insurance added to the price. I knew that but now the ship to price would be 2950.00! Much higher than the printed quote by $550 these guys are trouble to say the least, watch out they are kings of the bait and switch. I can buy this 50 Sony at Best Buy for 2775.00 plus tax with shipping free.

Ordered item and almost immediately received a return email asking me to call and confirm order. When I called I was told "computer was down and could not confirm order." Called back the next day and they told me item was out of stock. Web still shows it as in stock. These people are scam artists of the highest order. They wasted two days of my time.

I order a JVC SR-VS30U Pro MiniDV & S-VHS VCR on 7/21/2004. It was in stack when I check that's why I order it. They sent me an email to call them to confirm my order so I did and no one tells it was on back order. The salesman asked me do I want a battery and a charger. Come on! This is a "vcr" why do I need a battery and a charger for. I that this is the stupidest salesman I have ever talk to in my life. The next day I check and my order was till "on hold" so I call them back and they said it was on back order for two weeks so I told saleslady to cancel the order. I will never do shopping here ever again!

I ordered a Sony Big Screen TV on-line for $1859 to include shipping. The next the store called me to confirm my order. He then asked my why I didn't take advantage of Sony's extended service plan. I told him I would keep my fingers crossed and just hope the TV would work after paying $1800. He then said I wasn't very smart. He then said to hold on and he would get me the final price. Final Price? A couple of minutes later he came back and said the TV would be $1979. I asked him what happened to the price of $1859 when I ordered it. He said it disappeared. I then told him to make my order disappear too then. And yes I will also be ordering the TV through another vendor at a higher cost. It will be worth it though.

When I placed my order, these guys told me they had the digital camcorder in stock. I ordered only the camera with no accessories. Several days later, they told me that it was back-ordered but they were expecting more soon. This has gone on for three weeks. My mistake for believing they were reputable!! Too bad I didn't find this site sooner!!

Better to pay a little more and save the trouble!!

Called to order the Olympus E-1 digital camera body and the salesman first told me it was $1,122, I asked him how it could be so cheap and he said it's because they are whole sellers. He transferred me to another salesman who told it costs $1500 and he pushed accessories that I didn't want. He then pushed a extended warranty for $300 because he said that digital cameras have the biggest break down record of all cameras. I refused that also and he put me on hold and was very rude. These guys are scam artists and liars to say the least!

Here is my shopping experience with UBDigital.
I place an order online and i receive an email asking me to call and confirm the order. So i call them and the lady tells me that the systems are down and asks me my number that i can be reached at. I wait for their call... Guess what.. they didnt. So i called them again the next day. Again it was the same lady, she puts me on hold and transfers me to another guy, who talks as if he was my closest buddy. He asked me why i didnt take an offer that was given online with $100 off. I said i was not interested. So then he puts me on hold again and this time he tries to sell me the battery and battery charger. I thought that it was part of the package. He said it wasnt, so i cancelled my order. Given a chance these guys will rip out parts of the camcorder and try to sell it to u for an additional price. So please stay away from this site.

First experience with this company- And my LAST!
Ordered Sony SA-WM500 Powered Sub on price alone.

Was never told product on back order.
Next call- 1 week later - order would go out tomorrow
following week- should ship in one week.
3rd week- I would receive a phone call from ub digital at 8:00 pm that evening to let me know status- NO CALL RECEIVED
next morning- called to cancel rep said "I can try to get that out today for you"
NO THANK YOU- Worst Customer Service ever experienced

COMPLETELY NON-RESPONSIVE. I HAVE CALLED AND E-MAILED THIS COMPANY ABOUT A TV THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE IN STOCK. NO ANSWER TO MY CALLS AND NO RESPONSE TO MY E-MAILS. WHY ARE THEY EVEN LISTED AS A SELLER. GET RID OF THIS COMPANY AND STOP WAISTING OUR TIME.
