Easy to navigate website, and delivery was handled well. This is a great alternative for the best deals around on home theater equipment. They know their stuff; they provided a nice touch by enclosing in the shipment a few connectors for my plasma that I'd otherwise would have had to hunt around for.

If you want fast and flawless delivery and wonderful customer service, there is absolutely no other place to go. I have made several purchases from this wonderful company and feel like they are family. This is clearly not true with the other hundreds of purchases I have made on the internet.

These guys were awesome at shipping my Panasonic 50" 8UK to the east coast, where I live. Ordered on Thurs, TV arrived by Monday. Perfect condition, great packaging. Believe me, I was a bit worried shipping this much electronics across the country, but it all went very smoothly. Customer service is second to none, they will do e-mail and phone follow ups. Honestly, I don't know how much more satisfied I could be...maybe if they came to my house and made me dinner.

With all of the horrible customer service that you find at most retail stores these days, it was a complete surprise to be taken care of like I was with a recent internet Plasma TV purchase through Visual Apex. I ordered the Plasma on-line, and received a follow up call the next day thanking me for my order and giving me a ship date. Then, the day it shipped I received a second call explaining the delivery procedure and when to expect the delivery. The Plasma showed up as promised, and the packaging was amazing. The Panasonic box was inside of TWO other outer boxes with styrofoam in-between. They even provided free RCA to BNC adapters, because they know that commercial Plasma's have BNC fittings, but consumer DVD players have RCA outputs. A couple days later I received a third phone call asking how the TV was working and if I was satisfied. Heck YES I am satisfied. The Plasma is great and Visual Apex has earned my TV business from here on out.

I found Visual Apex through Google & liked their price for a 42" Panasonic Plasma TV. They were out of stock for the model I wanted at the time, but they told me when it would be available & would be in touch. They called right on time & were efficient & pleasant to deal with. The unit came on time & in good condition. They followed up with an e-mail. Based on that purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again & recommend them.

This was my first large purchase from the internet. I ordered a Pioneer plasma and a wall mount on Feb 9,2004. The mount and screen was delivered the same day in beautiful condition. I thought I might be sent a older model screen, but I was wrong again. The manufacture date was Dec. 2003. Thank you Visual Apex!!

I was nervous about buying a plasma TV (Panasonic 42PWD6UY)from an on-line store, but had read many positive reviews about Visual Apex and had talked with a representative on the phone. I could not find the model I wanted locally, plus the price on-line for any plasma was much better than I could find locally. I especially wanted an industrial model without tuner or speakers built in. So, I bought from Visual Apex. They were very helpful through the whole process - pre-order, order, post-order. The salesperson even made me aware that my credit card extended warranty might pick up after any extended warranty I purchased (so I ended up buying a 1 yr extended warranty, giving me 3 years of coverage). I am very happy with the product, the service, the shipping, and the price. I feel they will stand behind the products they sell. Their website is accurate and easy to use.

Visual Apex was recommended by a leader in our church. They are great: great price, great personal customer support, great reviews. I plan on using them again.

After checking many, many, online sites I purchased my Panasonic projector from Visual Apex. They had the lowest price (by a few cents) but, more important to me, they had a very reasonably priced extended warranty (cheaper than Projector People, whom I have bought from before).

I purchased a 50" Panasonic Plasma Display from Visual Apex after having a disappointing experience with a different on-line dealer. Visual Apex restored my faith in customer service over the web and by phone. I got a very good price on the display, but of equal or greater importance, I got fast delivery, answers to my questions, a no-charge return of an accessory I ordered but didn't need, and overall excellent treatment.

I was very concerned about purchasing a plasma TV from the Internet. After researching the customer feedback sites, Visual Apex sounded too good to be true. Well it is true, I called to order a 50" Panasonic plasma which the web site said was in stock, and it was, I ordered the plasma and a wall mount on Monday the TV was shipped from Washington State to Michigan and everything arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday. The sales person was polite knowledgeable, never once was there any attempt to sell me any extras. I have to say that Visual Apex is the gold standard as far as customer service goes, and the price was the best on the net. I am so happy I decided to go with Visual Apex and I am enjoying my new amazing Panasonic plasma TV.
