Great vendor - found them through other positive reviews on AVS forum. Sales woman was extremely knowledgeable on product and competing products. Had best price for authorized reseller (important if you want a manufacturer warranty). Shipping from west coast was simple, and 50inch plasma arrive without a scratch. Product worked great out of the box. Very happy with this vendor and ease of transaction. A+++

I ordered a 42" HD PLasma on 01-05-04 knowing it would be on backorder until 01-15-04. When 01-15-04 came around I got an email from Visual Apex stating my screen had arrived and would ship immediately. The delivery time was scheduled in a 3-hour window, it arrived at exactly the first minute of the window.The only improvements they might make in on-line tracking for the order/shipping to be available through their web-site. However, I am extremely pleased with their service, my order, and the perfect delivery of an expensive item. Excellent service, excellent people and communication skills. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again at all.

I ordered a large flat panel HDTV. Prior to ordering, the few questions and concerns that I had were immediately responded to by email and were answered to my satisfaction. When I initiated the order, it was in stock and shipped the same day. I was notified when the order was received and when it was shipped along with a link to the UPS site so that I could track the shipping. The order arrived within 5 days in excellent condition. Visual Apex is an authorized dealer for the Pioneer TV which I purchased. They have continued to follow up after the delivery to make sure that I am satisfied.

I ordered a projector and a screen from Visual Apex. They have a nice no dead pixel return policy on new projectors. After ordering I was supplied tracking numbers and kept informed by their customer service. I live in PA, so I was little concerned about shipping. Both items arrived promptly and were packaged carefully.
Visual Apex's customer service was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Their customer service followed up after my purchase to see if there were any problems or questions. I changed my mind on one of the items that I had ordered (screen), and decided to return it for a refund. There were absolutely no problems and customer service was helpful to me making the return.

I researched which model would best suit my needs, read extensive postings on the AVS Forum, and decided upon Visual Apex. Lots of recommendations also helped. Honest sales staff. Good communications via e-mail and phone calls. Shipping was handled professionally by Danzas and local freight company. Very happy with the display and also how I was treated by this company.

A friend referred me to Visual Apex and I have NEVER had such a great experience when buying anything on-line or by phone before. The salespeople were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and they actually seemed to care about my purchase. I received a follow-up email and a follow-up phone call after my purchase arrived (in perfect condition, by the way.) When you're spending a lot of money, that's pretty important! Also, my order shipped one Friday (and they called just to let me know) and it arrived on Monday - wow! In regard to the price, they had the best price when I bought my projector, and knowing what I know now, even if they hadn't, I would have gone with them simply for their service. If I owned a company, I would be proud if it worked as well as Visual Apex!

What stands out the most about this companysales or service? Id say both. After purchasing a Panasonic plasma for the lowest price around, I ran into a problem a few days later with the shipping company, who claimed the set had already been delivered. Well, it hadnt, so, in a panic, I called Visual Apex, and they made their calls and before long the shipping company was calling me and apologizing for the screw-up and arranging a convenient delivery time. This is an example of the way these folks follow through with things. Great prices plus super service equals a great place to go for home electronics.

I ordered a Panasonic TH-50PZ700U from Visual Apex. Their price was the lowest (inclusive of shipping). The whole process went flawlessly. After I ordered the plasma I promptly received shipping information including a link to the freight company used and a tracking number. The freight company delivered it early within the 4 hour delivery window. The box was in perfect condition and was handled very carefully by the delivery person. I would not hesitate to order from Visual Apex again, and am happy to support an avsforum.com sponsor.

Excellent customer service, the best prices in the country, and fast efficient service; what more could you ask for. The reviews for this company are REAL. It truly is like buying from friends, as one review put it. If you buy for an educational organization as I do, ask for Seth and you won't be displeased. Visual Apex is also now on the Commonwealth of Virginia (eVA) buying system so if you buy for a state institution it's even easier. I was shopping for Panasonic Plasma TV TH-42PWD7UY and after very disappointing experience with 3 other companies that had much cheaper prices (they strip the TV off standard input boards and make you pay for them separately), I came across couple of positive reviews about Visual Apex and decided to give it a try. I have to say that was my most pleasant online buying experience. This is a small company and they treat you as a family member. Very nice and responsible people starting from sales representative and ending tech. support guy. They hold on to their words and promises, no screw ups whatsoever.
Given they are authorized Panasonic dealer (which means warranty) I'm happy I paid just a couple hundreds bucks more then some con artists were asking initially. That was still the best price among authorized dealers. They also give you two weeks to report any damage you could miss noticing on delivery.

I purchased the Panasonic AE-700u projector from them. Their pricing was very competitive, delivery prompt, product came with latest firmware (important!) and their salesperson (Candace) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, it was the best Internet purchase experience I had. If you are tired of dealing with the East Coast attitude and shenanigans, I recommend going West to Visual Apex (based in Washington). I will be buying my future HD-DVD/Blu-Ray player from them, guaranteed.

Excellent experience. The sales rep was extremely helpful and patient. Buying a 50" plasma TV via the internet can make one nervous but this was a flawless purchase. It took less than a week for the TV to come to FL from WA. The price wasn't the lowest but was very competitive. It was reassuring that they are an authorized Panasonic dealer. I strongly recommend these people.

I would recommend VISUAL APEX. My experience with them was excellent. They did not try to substitute units or sell me any extras. The shipping was excellent and fast, with tracking all the way plus a phone call the day before to set up a delivery time. The unit was also double boxed for safe shipping. The company also called me after a week or so to make sure I was satisfied, and I was having no problems with the unit.
I have been shopping for a Panasonic plasma TV for about 6 months. My major concern was with damage from shipping. Most of the online dealers told me that, once the unit left their warehouse, I would have to deal with the shipper or the manufacturer if the plasma arrived damaged or not working. NOT SO WITH VISUAL APEX . They have an in-house 30-day warranty, should there be any initial problems, besides the normal manufacturers warranty.

Visual Apex shipping and delivery was the best I've ever experienced with any web order I have ever made. My purchase was also the biggest item (size (5.5'x4.5'x,1.75') weight (200 lbs), and price) I have ever ordered on-line. Delivery time was less than a week and the item had to travel about 1000 miles. All of makes Visual Apex shipping and delivery remarkable.

Order came on time and in good condition. They were helpful in changing my order when a different product that I had pre-ordered was delayed from Panasonic. Only minor gripe was that I didn't get tracking information right away, but that was because they use a particular shipper that takes more care than UPS/FedEx.

Called DHL to track my order and the DHL employee had no idea what my tracking number represented. I had to be transferred to Danzas and then I was finialy given the information I needed after an hour of holding on the phone. Otherwise, perfect transaction.

Great customer care. The product was one that was being sold before it was available for shipment and a rep called right before the projected release date to make sure I still wanted it snice it had been a month snice I placed my order.
