I researched dozens of sellers before choosing Visual Apex. Service, reliability and price were the deciding factors. I especially like the project calculator utility as it allowed me to get a great result on my projector installation. These guys did everything they said they would do. They even called to check that the order arrived as promised and that I was happy. Now that’s service and it was the 2nd lowest price I found on the item I wanted. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Ordered online after reading the great reviews for the Panasonic TH-50PH9UK plasma display. Visual Apex had the best price, and they allowed local pickup from their warehouse in the Seattle area. Communication after the sale was excellent, and everything went smoothly when I picked it up.

After doing much research, I ordered a LCD projector from these folks online. I also follow up by calling customer service. Folks were friendly! No tricks/sales pressure. I would highly recommend buying from these folks anytime. They sent UPS tracking numbers the following day and I received the projector in 3 more days.

Very friendly staff, very professional. Amazingly fast response times. Ordered an expensive plasma and was treated with personalized attention. Staff even did me special favors at my request! Item was shipped carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Plasma was shipped earlier than expected. Not to mention that they have very low prices! The best I found for my plasma. The delivery of my Panasonic was one of the fastest deliveries I've experienced. It was in my home in a week! And then a follow up phone call within days to see if I was satisfied. I purchased an Optoma projector from Visual Apex. They had the best price I could find. They shipped very fast, gave tracking number right away. What surprised me was the great customer service. I had a tech question, and they new the answer. They followed up twice to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. Let me start out by saying that Visual Apex is amazing. The level of their customer service is outstanding and they have easy ordering options. I ordered over the phone and their customer service was well informed, polite and helpful. They definitely made purchasing from them a pleasure. I ordered a projector and screen and received them both within a week. It was exactly what I ordered. Their prices are very competitive and they even gave me a great deal on the screen. I purchased a 42" Panny WD6UY and my business with Visual Apex was better than any other online (or retail) store I have ever purchased from. Everything was shipped quickly and I was assigned a personal rep. She emailed and telephoned at various steps to keep me updated and answer any questions I had. The shipping company they used misshipped my Plasma to another state which delayed my delivery only 3 days, yet Visual Apex refunded me my entire shipping price. They are outstanding. Anything I purchase in the future will be through them. Even if they weren't the best price that could be found (although they were very very close). The piece of mind I received from buying my plasma from them made it worth it. Don't shop anywhere else but here.
