BAD experience all the way possible. Deaf dumb and non-responsive

MORONS!
Sent confusing emails, so I canceled order after about 2 hours of trying to get in contact. I think it's run by one person out of the Alamo in Texas. They kept me on hold on my cancel for 24 hours. They don't answer email or phones. I found it an awful experience which I would not wish on anybody else. Maybe they were just overextended that day, but then they would be better off hiring more staff; I think there was only one the day I had to deal with this outfit. Not a very good experience! There are many other choices, I would use them, I did.
Now I am on their email list, great!

I ordered cellular shades from YourBlinds, and they are perfect for the room that I installed them in. I was pleased that samples of available colors were offered, as it made it easy to select the correct shade. Had I purchased the same shades, locally I would have had to pay extra for the top down, bottom up feature. I also would have paid quite a bit more for the shades. I received a tremendous product at a terrific price from YourBlinds. The only drawback was that they took a little longer than expected to arrive. Customer service did all they could to track the order and help me out with the order. Overall they did a terrific job and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

My experience with yourblinds.com was excellent. Great selection, quick shipping, outstanding customer service, and all three vertical blinds I've ordered so far have fit like a glove. Plan on ordering some horizontal faux woods for my kitchen from them soon.

Scam rebate

shopping experience was OK, but I used Yourblinds.com rather than blinds.com because they had a "Buy Four, Get One Free" offer. When I filled out the form, you got the LEAST of 5% of your offer, $50, or one of five blinds free. Mathematically, you'd have to buy more than $1000 for 5% to exceed $50. There's no way you could ever get one of five free. This is more like "Buy 19, get one Free". Very deceptive. I'm going to write to the FTC as well. These people clearly don't want repeat business. Oh well, "Fool me once..."
Oh, and when you call the 800 number, you get a recording stating that they will get back to you, but that doesn't happen. They clearly don't want to talk to you.

I ordered relaxed roman shades from their in store brand. The color matched the swatches perfectly unfortunately they are not professional looking at all. The back is completely unfinished so from the outside of the house all the strings and the entire pulley system is visible. Why you would construct a window treatment like this is beyond me -- it does not add to the curb appeal of my home. I dumped nearly $800 for four of these and I won't use any of them. Very disappointed. I was looking to refinish all the windows in my home, another 12 or so, using YourBlinds but based on this I'm searching for another company.
Not only was the product completely sub-standard, they were quick to take my money but slow, slow, slow to deliver. It took a month and multiple contacts with customer service before my products arrived.
For me it's back to the drawing board to find a quality products that won't break the bank.

I ordered Hunter Douglas "Duette" single cell shades from YourBlinds.com. They are perfect for the room in which they were installed. One of the things that I really appreciated about YourBlinds was that they have free samples available so you don't have to guess what tone or hue of color, from your computer screen, will work best. The choice was so much easier knowing that what I selected would be what I got. I placed my order by phone because I had several windows to order shades for. It was very easy. Customer service was helpful in finding the exact shade I wanted. The best part was that I got the top down, bottom up feature at no extra cost. I really saved money by ordering through YourBlinds.com. If I had purchased the same blinds locally, I would have paid almost twice as much for the same product. The shades arrived a day or two later than I had expected but that was not a big problem. Customer service did all they could to track them. All in all YourBlinds did a great job. I am very pleased with my shades and the service I got.

I was very cautious about ordering custom blinds online. I researched this company through Epinions and BBBOnline. The customer service was excellent and the sales people even made calls to the manufacturer to confirm some details. They returned my calls promptly when I left a message. The order arrived securely packaged and in perfect condition and in a very reasonable period of time as promised. The blinds fit perfectly, are excellent quality and are beautiful. The pricing was excellent.
I will absolutely use this company for future blinds purchases.
