The ikitchen.com on line store was very nice. The prices of the merchandise were excellent and the shipping costs were very reasonable. We will come back and shop here again. Hope that delivery of the product will be just as quick and good. Thanks
This is the first time I have ordered from iKitchen.com. The order processes was simple and easy. When ordering the items I wanted the site indicated that my items would ship in 2-3 days. I would expect my items to ship by Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. Time will soon tell.
This is a very nice web site. Easy to use and the prices are very competitive. Checkout is simple and fast. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great shopping experience.
I ordered a blood pressure monitor for my 89 year old mother. I used a PO Box, and the company called her right away to get her address for shipping. Shipping was quick, and she loved the product so much that she begged me to order another one in case she broke the first one.
The Mark of Fitness MF 50 is a digital monitor. These monitors have become impossible to find in drugstores, and due to her age this was the only type of monitor that was easy for her to use. IKitchens had the best price online, and offered an additional 5% Mother's Day gift discount.

Very disapointed. I received a fedex confirmation only to find out fedex 2 weeks later still has not received the package. There is no contact number and it has been 6 days and they have not responded to my e-mail.
It seems these large sites are giving this company high ratings even though hundreds if not thousands of ratings fall below 2 *
I will not trust a well rated store on a ratings site again as epinions and yahoo put the few high ratings at the top and the hundreds of horrible ones at the bottom so you have to dig.
Part of me questions after the hundreds of horrible ratings if the few good ones were actually made by ikitchen themselves

site has many items I like and check out through paypal is so easy. I have ordered items before from this site and have not been dissapointed. they have many items not found any where else at prices that can't be beat.I will return for more as I find items I think I need .

This site was extremely easy to use. I was able to navigate through the site quickly. Easy to find product I was looking. Appreciate the 5% discount and easy to find promotion code to obtain it. Good price. Easy link from the search right to the product i was looking for. However, their ad indicated shipping in 2-3 business days; confirmation email indicated 5 days wi/ small chance that the item may not be in stock and they w/advise and give discount on future purchase. Q&As on site indicates shipping normally takes 12-14 days....now I'm leary... was this sale price just a lure??????
It can take forever for them to deliver a product and there is no easy method of canceling or contacting them. My order for a blender was not delivered in the time period Ikitchen stated. When I requested information on the delivery date Ikitchen did not respond. I then requested the order be cancelled and again Ikitchen did not respond. However, within a few days of the cancellation request they shipped the blender. It arrived with a crack in the case and did not work. I went through the Ikitchen email and informed them of the defects. I received an email stating I needed an RMA number. I responded requesting an RMA number on 5/22/08. Ikitchen requested 72 hours to respond, on June 4, 144 hours after they requested 72 hours, I emailed asking when I would be informed what action ikitchen would take. It is now 6/9/08 and I have yet to hear from ikitchen.
This is my 1st order from iKitchen and found that it is very easy to find what I was looking for....look forward to receiving order and seeing the products I ordered! I do all my shopping via internet and appreciate not having to run around from store to store trying to find what I want!
my shopping time has been great.I purchased a grind and brew coffee maker that I have wanted a very long time. I like the many things.I well be coming back to this site very soon .
There is no way to track my order, so I have no way of knowing when or if I will receive it. I have emailed "customer service" but received no reply. I bought it as a present but unfortunately the party was this past weekend I and here I was with no gift. Read more

Today is March third and as of now, I have not received my order. I have not attempted to contact them, because I feel that it's encumbent on them to contact me, since I did my part by ordering, then paying for the items, and patiently waiting as instructed in the message that sent me, well that's it, All I'm willing to settle for now is a complete refund at this point. I was suppose to receive may order 10-13-06 and today is 10-16-06 and I still haven't received it. I also placed another order after this one, thinking this was a good company. On the tracking email it listed the weight as 3lbs. I ordered a deep fryer and a pizza peel. I'm sure it weighs more than 3lbs. This oder is to be delivered 10-17-06. We'll see. Read more

First of all, nowhere in the shopping process was it indicated that the product was anything but new, but when it arrived, it was stamped with "factory serviced", indicating I had received a refurbished item.
On the warranty, "90 days" was stamped, whereas the ordering process indicated it was a year-long warranty.
Finally, I received the sweeper and plugged it in to charge for 20 hours as written in the instructions. When I turned it on, the battery light blinked red, indicating the battery was depleted. The sweeper stopped working within a few minutes.
I have contacted iKitchen about arranging an exchange. Since the item is faulty, I hope they will not charge me return shipping or a restocking fee. My decision to shop at iKitchen in the future and to recommend it to friends (or warn them to avoid it) will depend on the ease or hassle of exchanging the sweeper. Read more

I was impatient for the coffee maker as mine was broken. I was issued a tracking number but it was of no use; all the info I received was that it had been billed but that didn't mean it was sent. I received it in less than 2 weeks.
The lack of communication on the part of IKitchen is what annoyed me. As an online seller I email a customer when the item has been shipped. No email, no answer to questions. I had no idea whether or not the product would arrive but it did, in good condition.
I don't care for the product. I would never recommend this coffee maker to anyone though that is not the fault of iKitchen. However, their return policy and restocking fees and return postage and lack of communication discouraged me from returning the item. I will use it until I feel I have received my $60 worth and then buy another brand. This one is terrible, makes a cold cup of coffee, no heating element. Coffee drips right into carafe that does NOT keep coffee warm. Live and learn.
Please be advised that I am usually an easy going person and very patient, so long as I know the progress that is being made. To not know is what galls me and iKitchen galled me.
Bottom line: I'd rather buy on E Bay. Read more
