Possibly-salesman was pushy and wanted to sell me more than I wanted. The internet did not explain what all accessories were included or shipping. Once all was added there was no savings to what we could buy across the counter so we cancelled the order. Read more

this is a complete scam operation. I placed an oredr over the internet, then realized that I need to change the order, I then called them, and finally after multiple trys I got through, the man on the phone was rude right at the start. When I assked to change a Hitachi camera for an Canon Camera, he started asking if i wanted to buy other things. I said I only wanted the camera and what came with that camera. He said that nothing came with the camera. I said that on the canon site it says what comes with the camera. He said that I was not getting the same camera. I said what do you mean that I am not getting the same camera, He said, that camera costs over 1,000.00 dollars, you don't get that one, its another camera. I immediately felt the scam, and said that I wanted to cqancel the order, he slammed the phone down in my ear. I did not call back.
since I had already used my credit card for the initial internet order, I felt that it was completely unsafe to do so with such a company. Now I have to worry that my credit card has been compromised.
I also contacted Canon about this. If someone is selling canonn cameras that aren't really canon ncameras, or not the ones that they claim to be, this is fraud.

The price was good but the sales person will talk to you on buying more even though you are already set to what you want to buy. After they have talked to you on buying more and you agreed to it that's it you are now trap to their 10% policies inspite that is just a minute ago and you just want to go back to your original order you made online. For example with my experience when I bought my digital camera they told me that the camera does not include a charger, the battery is just 20 minutes and so forth and they convince me of buying this beacuse what I am getting is just a camera. When I open the box of the camera it comes with charger by sony, a battery that last 2 hours. Now I have an extra battery that probably is good to have but at this time I dont need it; a charger which is not really a charger it is an power inverter and so forth. Read more

Was trying to purchase a laptop computer for my son's birthday, placed the order with Infinity Cameras since they had the best price. Web site said nothing about not in stock or on back ordered. Got an email from Infinity asking me to call to verify my order. I called and was asked if I wanted other products or extended service agreement which I declined I was than informed that the laptop was on backorder and it may take 2 weeks. That was ok since I had order the Laptop early. I recieve an email two weeks ago saying that the order was shipped by UPS Ground and I should expect it 7 to 10 business days. I called to find out where the computer was since my son's birthday was the next day and we still had not gotten it and was told on the phone that it didn't ship and then I was told it was on back order and it was going to be another 2 weeks - I told them to cancel my order and got my son his laptop order and delivered that next day by someone else - Not a good way to run a business I'll never you Infinity Cameras for anything after this experience Read more

Called before ordering to find out if the product I wanted was in stock and to verify pricing information that was listed. The first person I talked to was an *A.H.* The next person I talked to told me that they had the product in stock. I verified the price with them and then proceeded to order online. I ordered on 10/28 and 10/29. It is now 11/9 and I do NOT have the product. I sent an e-mail to get an ETA, no response. I sent another e-mail asking for an ETA, and this is what I received:
"Thank you for contact us, please contact customer service regarding your order. You can also contact your salesperson."
This is from *CUSTOMER SERVICE*???? Some customer service!
I proceed to call the *customer service* line and was told that the product was on backorder and I wouldn't receive the product for 2-3 more weeks. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?! When I was on the phone with *customer service* I was told that they had the *package* in stock, but that was a higher price. I asked why I was told that they had the specific product that I needed in stock, when they really don't!
Needless to say, this experience has been nothing but annoying and frustrating. I would NOT shop here again if my life depended on it! Read more

The merchant listed a $310 (approx) price for the Nikon Coolpix 8700 digital camera. Not believing that price for what is normally a nearly $1000 camera, I called before ordering. After the salesman assured me the price was accurate and that the camera was in Nikon's retail box, I placed the order.
After placing the order, an email arrived asking me to call to complete my order. Upon calling, I was told that I had ordered a camera without battery, charger, cables, software, lens cap, strap, etc. -- all of which are included in Nikon's retail box per Nikon! The "gentleman" fromt he retailer then tried to get me to buy at greatly inflated prices (e.g., $70 for a battery Nikon sold on their website for $35 and $150 for the charger Nikon sold at $25) all the things which they must havge removed from the box. Needless to say, I cancelled my order immediately. I would never consider giving this business the time of day, much less a dime of my hard earned money. Read more
