I was never able to buy anything. After sending 2 emails requesting a quotation for a digital camera and accessories and not getting an answer I feel that they are not real interested to do a straight sale.
I got the confirmation that they received my e-mails.

I called Infinity Cameras and spoke to Kevin to order a Fuji S7000, as their price of $419 sounded good. I was first told that the camera came without the Fuji supplied memory, battery and cables, but for $130 more I could get these "extra" components.
I confronted Kevin with the fact that Fuji ships all of their cameras with these items and he looked and said that I was correct, but wanted to know if I wanted to order a faster memory so the camera would function properly. I said no and he said good luck and hung up.
I wasted some time, but at least I didn't give them my credit card #.
If you have time to waste, call Infinity Cameras and ask for Kevin.

Classic Bait and Switch

As some of the other posts have intimated, this store appears to have the bait and switch scam down to a science. I ordered a Canon Elura 50 Digital videocamera for a very reasonable price. I received an email approximately two days later asking me to call "Mark" at IC. "Mark" informed me that the battery for the camera lasted only 20 minutes, and proceeded to quote me a price of 89 dollars for a one hour long camera. Then he said that there was no warranty, because the camera was not made in the United States [and what camera is made in the US these days??]. Instead, he said the warranty was only seven days, unless I purchased a warranty from IC. This made me suspicious, so I asked "Mark" to put a hold on the order. I proceeded to do a little research on the company, and its tactics, and promptly called back and canceled my order.
I advise that no one even bother buying anything from this company. They do not appear to be very trustworthy.

I ordered a new Canon GL2 from their website. Three days later I get an email saying I need to call them to confirm the order.
When I called they told me that I had ordered a returned item without a batter, power adapter, or anything. Oh, and I all had to do was pay an addtional $900 to get those items.
Total rip off. Stay away from Infinity Cameras.

Shopping online was fast and easy with little to no problems. After we had made our purchase we had to call and confirm with a customer service representative because we had not known that what we were trying to order was not complete and instead of putting the order through they wanted to ensure we were getting what we wanted. Delivery was somewhat slow but I'm sure it had to do with shipping to an APO address and being during the holiday season.

Not That Bad

I purchaced a Nikon Coolpix 4300 and these guys are good at what they do, which is offer products at ridiculously low prices and then get you to buy into their package deals. I guess I may be that 1 out of 200 people that didn't have that bad of an experience. Shipping--they said three days, it took five; no big deal its christmas. Order accuracy--I received everything that I ordered.
Note on their "package deal", I checked their prices with locale retailers and I got what I paid for, when you figure in the "low" price of their cameras.

It is just like everyone has said about this company. Stay away and don't wash your time with them. You order on the net, then they want you to call so they can tell you all the things you don't get with your order and try to sell it to you at triple price.

I wanted to order the canon power shot S410 and it seemed like they had the lowest price all around. After I called to verify my order (which took me a couple of days to get through, and they never called back when I left a message) they said they didn't have it on stock and that it would take at least a couple of weeks to get it to me. Since I was leaving the country and I needed the camera within 2 weeks I ended up buying the "upgrated package" with 3 day delivery which ended up costing me another $80. I feel like I got ripped off especially because the "upgrated package" isn't anything different in my eyes than the package I wanted to order was in the first place.

Confirmed the EOS Rebel was in stock by phone, told to place the order online. One week later rcvd an email that the camera was not in stock and MIGHT come in a month later. Canceled the order.

Called Infinity because of several ads I saw in video mags and their low prices. After getting a rude and absolutley silly story about how the camera was not in stock, unless I wanted to pay more for some US Kit (as in 200 more on a 400 camera!) and some 250 warranty, I told them I was not interested. Imagine, I have hung up the phone and they CALL BACK to confirm my order!!! You have to be kidding. I then came here to research this company (which also goes by several other names that change about every three months)
I was wondering why they would even still be listed...then it dawned on me...so hopefully someone else reads this BEFORE they call or place an order and do not go through what EVERYONE ELSE has!. Also researched several of the positive remarks - it seems almost all (of the few) are from the same bogus account. I wonder who!

If you have bought merchandise from this or any of its other fraudulent companies based in NY (ifinitycamera.com, Gazma.com, priceler.com, etc.), and you live in NY, contact you state's attorney general, the better business bureau, consumer affairs.com, and any state consumer protection agencies.
EVERY single person that has been wronged by these companies, no matter which state you live in, visit consumeraffairs.com right now and file a complaint. This is a powerful group capable of making things happen!
Through a little concerted effort on our part, this company(ies) will pay!!
Lastly, any and every good review you see in regard to these companies was written and posted BY these companies. Don't buy into their deceptive business practices and flat out lies!

I placed an online order for a sony laptop for which they have the lowest online price. I got an e-mail message to call back to "verify" the order. When I called and I said "no" to the extended warranty, they said the "shipping dept. says there will be a one week delay". I say OK expecting delivery in one week and wait the one week. I call back for order status and they say (for the first time) "it's still on backorder", at which point I cancelled the order. Don't waste your time shopping at this store. You won't get what you want at their phony prices.

Classic Bait and switch operation. Sleazy to the core. DO not do business with this company. I ordered a D100 and got the confirmation Via internet, and 3 days later got the inevitable call from j&k cameras saying they needed to "check the status of the product" and that the camera did not come with a battery or a charger ( this in included in the nikon box right from the factory ) When i asked if the camera came with a battery, they said no. At this point they were very happy to cancel my order. PLEASE consider going to http/:complaints.bbb.org/ and leaving a complaint about this company, the more they get the more likely they are to investigate. These guys ooze sleeze.

Was charged $60 over what was agreed. Tried calling and e-mailing but haven't been able to reach any one and haven't gotten any replies. The product that I was over priced for didn't come with a lens which was displayed in the picture.

This company are the bait and switch marketing type. They are high pressure when you call to confirm your order. I would not put them on my website as having the lowest price it is just a marketing trick. Thank you.

They didn't have the item I purchased in stock. Instead they gave be a better product for the same price, but I had to wait. It ended up good, but I had requested and paid for 2nd day delivery and wasn't contacted about the purchase until the expected day of delivery. The unfortunate thing is that I needed the item for a professional job. Ultimately, they took too long to notify me, but made up for it in the end. THe item that I did receive was in perfect condition.

You normaly buy a camcorder in a box from Canon, this store has two options, which I found out on my confirmation call when the guy asked if I just want the bare camcoder, with no accessories(battery, cable, tape, Software ect.) at all. The other one is the complete box from canon for a little extra. I canceled the order due to this problem, I didn't want to take another risk.

When I returned the call from Infinity the rep advised that I would be getting an imported version of the product I selected online and if I wanted the US verision it would cost me $61.00 more. Also the shipping quoted online line was $6.00 less than what I was charged. I was very disappointed!!!! I ended up spending more at this website than I could have else where and I probably would have gotten better service.

Their website was misleading as to what was included for their selling price. They called me on the day the product was supposed to be delivered and said the camera was backordered and then asked me if I knew that what I had ordered only included the body of the camera and a short lived battery. They proceeded to tell me if I wanted the larger battery, software, warranty, and essential equipment it would be an additional $100. The camera then came a week after they indicated it would arrive. Overall, an unsatisfying experience.

I'm completely dissatisfied. I tried to purchase 3 different camcorders from this store and they have none in stock. One of them they said would take 3 weeks to get. They advertised the absolute greatest prices. All almost $100 less than the next cheapest store. I guess that's why they don't have it. They could never get the items. They also adevrtise that the products are all USA items but when you call they say that the items are coming from overseas. It's a total scam.

Totally deceptive advertising. Sony DCR-HC42 priced at $399 with English-language picture and description of camcorder on website. Upon internet-purchase a notification is sent via email to call a toll-free number for order confirmation. Order confirmation is actually a person-to-person clarification that camcorder priced at $399 is a "Malaysian-operated" unit with all menu controls and user manual written in Malaysian. Customer is then informed that English version camcorder is an additional $170. Totally bogus marketing.

The merchant mis-represented the product. They list a camera WITHOUT DISCLOSING that it is "overseas packaging" (no battery or charger, software does not include English menus). Then he added $79 for a $50 battery and $179 for a $30 charger. I tried to cancel the order and first he said that I had gotten bumped into their "kit" package including "English menu text". I still tried to cancel, and his computer suddenly crashed. Called back the following day and spent 40 minutes on "hold" in order to cancel my order. This is clearly a case of "bait-and-switch"! I will never do business with them again.

The company didn't have any service. The only thing they did is sending out an order confirmation email which let you wait 72 hours. I tried several times to call, my call was forwarded several times without any explanation. Finally, I got chance to talk to a customer service person, he just told me my order hadn't been confirmed and told me lots of hidden items which were not listed on the web site. It ruined my experience of shopping online. There are too many traps.
