I ordered Roxio Easy Media Creator Ver. 7.1.0.95 (Basic CD & DVD) OEM from Royal Discount. They sent me a confirmation email showing my order, cost, and expected time of delivery. I never had to contact them in regards to my order because I received it sooner than I anticipated. They delivered exactly as they claimed they would. I was able to locate what I needed quickly and checkout was uneventful. My item was out of stock after I purchased but customer service rep emailed me to substitute a like item for the same price. After responding, I received my item within the posted time frame. My only issue was not notifying me that the item I wanted was unavailable prior to purchase but since I was satisfied with the replacement item, I didn't find this to be a problem.
