Fast shipment and feedback. Provided tracking info. Received exactly what I ordered. The jacket was in mint condition still with the factory tags.

Definitely do NOT buy from these characters! I ordered a jacket from them and received a confirmation that they had my money. But ten days later, my order had not been shipped. When inquiring with sales, this was their reply: "Well gee.. let me see.. it does say back order on it. What do you think that means?"

When asking where it said backorder, this was their reply: "wow back order was buried right in the cycle for the size. When you selected the size it said Back Order Medium, so I guess this was an overload for you.."

I RECEIVED NO OTHER INFORMATION FROM THEM EXCEPT SARCASM!

i ordered 3 children's jackets, over $200 worth. they didn't have one of the jackets i ordered in the size and color i ordered so they just sent me a totally different color jacket. They didn't even let me know first that they were out of that size so that i could reconsider that jacket. the owner wanted me to pay shipping fees and restocking fees in order to exchange the jacket they sent me which i didn't order. when i called to talk to someone the owner had a real nasty attitude and cursed me.

Best price I could find on shopping.com. Received item in 3 days. It was exactly as advertised. Brand new with tags.
