Pros: Works as advertised. Easy clean up with hot soapy water.
Cons: Would be nice if it froze quicker. Bulky.

If you are a cook, you can never have too much essential equipment. The Cuisinart ice cream maker works great, but there are those times when you have to make two kinds of ice cream at the same time.
I bought the ice cream maker a month or so ago and I've been very pleased with it.
A little hot water and soap and it's clean. Dry it with a towel and let it air dry just to be sure. Per the manufacturer's instructions I cover the top with plastic wrap before putting it into the freezer, to prevent freezer burn.
