I recently refinanced my home after a divorce and was fortunate enough to find Refinance.com to help me in a trying time in my life. Anthony G. and his manager Omar were not only courteous in their answering of my questions but they delivered on their promise of a trouble free closing. Both Anthony and Omar exceeded my expectations with regard to truthfulness and timeleyness! It was a delight to deal with such professional men in a time where it seemed nothing could go my way. Thanks guys for a fast, proffesional, and smooth transition into my new loan. Not to mention I saved $600.00 a month!

I would like to thank all at refinance.com. From Big Johny Waz, Meagan, Miss Dee. And of course Ryan. I was stuck in an ARM that was going up, and soon to be divorced. Two other Brokers, one of which I got the Arm through, and the other from the bank that held the loan, told me no chance. But Ryan listened, he told me he could lower my payment by 300. And, from what I hear, with some help, he did just that. I went from a possible foreclosure to salvation. I couldn't be happier. I didn't understand why the man who knew me and worked with me wouldn't help. But a stranger from across the country bent over backwards to make this happen. And I have to admit working with someone over the phone made me edgy. But Ryan worked hard to alleviate that.

Joseph G. was my loan officer and all I can say is WOW! I originally closed with Refinance.com and rescinded the transaction because my current bank got "wind" of losing the loan. So when they came in at a cheaper rate as a business rule I go where I can save money. Hence, they "dilly dallied" with the loan closing process and hadn't closed on the loan "WHICH THEY ALREADY HELD" and gave me the run around which ended up costing me another $2,000. I knew that I wouldn't close on the loan by the end of this month. I emailed Joseph G. and he closed the loan in 2 days without all the hassle. All I can say again is WOW! Bottom line is that the loan officers are likened to a well oiled machine. Reminds me of the Lakers with Magic Johnson running the point!

Cons: Very little time to review other options, due to fast delivery.

Didn't know that a company such as this exist, it made my INTEREST ONLY LOAN to a 30YR. FIXED RATE in a matter of 5 working days. That's fast for a loan approval including closing. And the manner they handled my case was with a personal touch, they find the loan that suits my financial situation and treated me like I knew them for a long time. I have been trying for a month to get someone to help me refinance my upside down loan. I had two mortgages on my home and an adjustable rate loan that was going to sink my ability to pay when the rate jumped up. Everyone I talked to said my credit score was too low, they couldn't help me.
Then I heard an ad for refinance.com and decided I had only "my house to lose" so why not!
My loan officer was Jay Christiano and My God what a life saver! Not only was he able to refinance my loan but he saved me 3.75% interest ! And its a fixed 30 year rate!!
Jay was fast- closing the loan in only 7 days. Jay also went over line by line what I could use towards my next years taxes. That in itself was very helpful and unexpected.
Jay Christiano took the time to explain the entire loan package so there was a comfort and understanding of the loan that I didn't have with my previous loan company.

I am very pleased with Tom and how hard he worked on my loan. When I called with questions I got an immediate response, no playing phone tag. He explained everything to me from beginning to end. He is professional and actually cares if you are comfortable with the loan you are getting. I was surprised at how fast the loan went through. I sent in my documents on Tuesday and closed on Friday. Tom developed a rapport with me that made me feel at ease and confident that my loan was going to go through smoothly. I really appreciated him telling me everything upfront and not just telling me what I wanted to hear. Refinance.com thank you for having a great mortgage consultant like Tom.

When I went on to Refiance.com, I was call with in 3 mins after hitting the send. Kevin Sulz made me feel like I was a friend . He was always straight up with me . He told me what he needed and I sent it . He said 6 days at the most and he was right on the money . I will say this he needs a raise. Kevin is a very hard worker and always returned my calls and emails. I just want to say if there were more caring people in the world like Kevin more people would be able to keep there homes. When I called Refinance.com I thought they were going to be like all the others and turn me down, but I still tried to remain hopeful because of their commercial. I explained my situation to the loan specialist (Tom P.) and he was very helpful and understanding. Even though my situation was bleak, he gave it his all to try and help me. Never at any time did he give me false hope like the others had. He was upfront and honest and did everything he could to help me. Once my loan cleared I was able to close the next day! This loan experience has been the best I've ever had. No words can truly express what Refinance.com has done for me. Because of them I am able to keep my house. They truly are a company with heart!

After calling MANY companies to refinance my home, Matt Goldsmith & Joe Souza @ Refinance.com -were very helpful, professional, answered ALL my questions & was never pushy.
They explained everything in terms I could understand.
Even the day of closing I had some questions, Joe took my call & got my answers.
One flaw the company needs to work on are the papers to be signed at closing, many duplicates but some had DIFFERENT information.
I have & will continue to recommended Refinance.com to people. It is important, especially in today's world, for companies who take the time for you & treat you like a person.

Pros: Working at home & on line/phone is easier to gather what is needed.
Cons: I like the personal touch. dot com is a new concept.

I had not so good credit and an ARM mortgage. Luis Gonzales worked threw all the difficulties getting a fixed competitive rate and away to move forward. Retirement for me is not far and with this new mortgage we are able to gain a little equity other wise lost due to the former ARM setup. Only the future will determine the outcome but with Luis's patience and determination there is now a better path. I am looking forward to do business in the future. The plan is to build our final home in Arizona in less then five years. Working with Refinance.com to make this possible is hopeful.

I am trying to find the right words to thank you for all that you have done to help me put my life back together. I am not exaggerating when I say that I truly did not know where to turn when I found myself buried in bills and out of work due to my health. I know that I will never forget all you have done for me. In addition to helping me get back on track, you have given back some of the faith that I lost in people in general. Pros: Simple info gathering, spoke to person immediately on phone and told info would be shredded.
Cons: Specified state twice before filling out info and then being informed they don't do Georgia.

I can only say that their web site could use some improvement by eliminating those states in which they aren't licensed or aren't processing loans from the list so you don't have to waste your time filling in all of your current loan and contact info.

Pros: Good rates, quick initiation of verbal contact upon recieving information,offered variety of financing options
Cons: Poor customer service, lack of professionalism, lack of good communication.Poor experience working with Anthony G.

Dealt with this company via lowermybills.com. Quick to initiate contact, however, did not follow up calls/emails/fax in a timely manner. Was not notified when appraisel time was changed. Overall service with Anthony G. was not pleasent. Despite poor service, offered good rates and financing options. However, felt that these rates could be obtained from another lender.
