Details: Roz Kram, the chef and manager of the Hillel House at the University of Maryland, is well known in the Capitol City area. The food is a bit typical of the cafeteria style, but Roz creates a festive student atmosphere, and her cooking does rival that of other Jewish centers in the area. Her desserts and famous matzoh ball soup are traditional, kosher, tasty treats.
