I do a lot of deep sea fishing along with river fishing. This has been the best reel I have ever had. It is very strong and has a numerous amount of settings on it which helps out in reeling up those big snapper and handling the tug of a redfish. It is pretty expensive but worth it. Another great thing I have found about this reel is that if you come in and are lazy like me and don't feel like rinsing off the reels right then you don't have to worry about it. The reel is painted in a gold anodized finish which helps with corrosion and rust. I have had this reel for two years and recommend it to any serious fisherman out there. It is also very easy to cast for those of you who cannot cast open face reels. You can adjust it to your cast which kind of customizes each reel to you. I have found nothing negative about it so far which makes it the best fishing reel I have ever had.
