| nate_dowden's Full Review: Adidas Gazelle |
Sure they are cool, sure they are multicolored, but is that why you buy a training shoe?
How about this...mine are now going on 5 years old, and have survived probably nearly 100 seriously high intensity astroturf indoor/outdoor soccer games and knock arounds.
In addition, I have found them to be the most utilitarian of game shoes, offering excellent stability, traction, and touch on the ball.
After briefly flirting with some more high tech looking and more expensive offerings from competitors that will go nameless (ok Nike) I was drawn back to the Gazelle.
Sadly, I have little time to play serious stuff anymore, but on the other hand these shoes now make a great statement at the office.
In summary some things cannot be improved upon. The Gazelle is one of them.
