| simonostiadel's Full Review: Adidas Predator Accelerator Liga |
The Adidas Predator is one of the most renowned football boots in the world today. Created after several years of research, including that of former Liverpool and Australian international, Craig Johnstone.
This boot, in my opinion is well worth the price tag as it is comfortable to run in and you seem to be able to exert more power when striking the ball from close and long range.
The colour of the boot is slightly striking from a distance but hey, if you're an eccentric then this boot is for you!
It is a nice style of boot which doesn't rub on the ankle. The moulded front gives you an added advantage when striking a curling shot. The outstep and instep of the boot also work equally well when wanting to put swerve onto a ball.
As a midfield player, i find the boot especially suits my game. As a free kick player, i have found that the amount of swerve on the ball has increased and i exert much more power onto the ball. I feel more comfortable when passing the ball with the smooth inset.
The gear has done well so far. I have played almost thirty games this season plus pre-season and the boots have so far got me 13 goals. Hopefully, i will get another season and a half out of them.
I would reccomend this boot to anyone despite the price tag. It has certainly improved my game by 100%. It's not only useful for midfield players but also attackers when shooting and defenders or keepers when clearing the ball for the added power.
