| bgonz1's Full Review: Alpine SWR-1041D Car Subwoofer |
These subs will handle an ungodly amount of power and take it. They are the (in my opinion) the best looking, best sounding 10' subs ever. When people ask what I have and I say two Alpine Type R 10's nobody belives me these things sound like 12's or even 15's. I compete localy in db Drag and have only goten 3rd place once and that was my first time. If you are looking for a good competition sub but it is also a great cruising sub. If you want you can crank up the volume and people will hear you for a mile and feel the ground shaking as you get closer. You can also listen to it normaly and its a great bass responce and fills in the low notes great. It truly has bass that you can FEEL.
