Pros: size & weight, plays everything, price, everything that came with it.
Cons: wish it came with a case.
The Bottom Line: You can't go wrong with this unit. It's a toy a guy will love & maybe some women out there. Best value going by far.

I saw the Portable DVD's at Bestbuy & fell in love with the idea. (Guys buy stuff they want not what they need.) I started my research to get the best bang for the dollar. after everything was researched, I found this gem of a unit at Targets for $470. It played everything PLUS it had all this extra stuff, Car adapter, cable & wires to hook up to your TV or Home theater unit, ear plugs, 3.5 hour battery, nice size remote, rubber pad on bottom for grip. I wasn't sure about the company name. It was $120 cheaper than the Panasonic. So I have had it for over a month & love it. My wife thought I was wasting my money & told me so. When we went on a weekend trip she watched a movie & thought it "OK". (That's the best a husband will get from a wife)Watch Bugs Life. The picture is outstanding. I use a cassette car adapter to get sound through the Van's speakers. I sent a email to the company with a question & got back an answer the next day. I use my own headphones & the sound is wonderful. The weight of this unit is just right. It feels like it will stay put once you set it down. The screen is just the right size to watch a movie. six of us in a room watched a movie & they were all impressed. The remote is credit card size. (I like this.) The controls are well thought out. Didn't need the book to play. The book is an easy read.
