Pros: Small, easy to use, double crunch machine.
Cons: No back or neck support, working of resistance levels are somewhat of a mystery.

LOL I know- I guess I could just put in the ab ones but I have found via e-mail that people go to them. Plus it is a great way for me to keep track of my exercise equipment reviews like I did for my cross country journey.
