Pros: Looked like a machine that would meet my needs.
Cons: Didn't keep delivery promises, and gave misleading information to cover this up.
The Bottom Line: Haven't been able to use it as it is long overtime for delivery. May cancel order.

| altiorcelerior's Full Review: Bowflex Revolution Home Gym |
I ordered a Revolution because it looked like a machine that would fill my needs. I also had a time factor, and needed a machine of one brand or another in two weeks. When I ordered from Bowflex, I was absolutely clear on my time need, and conditioned my order on meeting a two week delivery time, about which I was assured.
After one week, and the machine had not been sent for shipping, I called and was again assured that my time needs would be met. A similar call at 10-11 days was the same. These were all call center kinds of agents who were essentially leading me on from a script.
At two weeks, when it still hadn't shipped I engaged in an internet chat with Customer service which led in progressive stages to my being informed that there was a back-order on an accessory which was holding up the main order, and that that would be separated; to a revelation that certain parts of the main machine were back-ordered; and finally that it might be shipped as early as a month after the time it was promised to me for delivery.
I worried that ordering from an infomercial type of company might be chancy. Obviously it was.
