Pros: Very durable, good sleeves to protect CDs.
Cons: Not the best for carrying around all the time, slightly hard to open/close
The Bottom Line: Good to protect vital CDs in places where they might get hit. Not good for those who will be carrying this all the time.

| gueeds's Full Review: Cd Projects 24-Disc Cd Steel Case (Black) |
I found this one on clearance at a local store and decided to pick it up. One of the first things I noticed about this case was that it was heavy. This prevents it from being a good case to carry on the go. However, since this thing is made of steel, that can be forgiven.
The interior is made of soft velvet which gives it a very soft feel and adds to the overall design.
The sleeve protectors are called 'Bubble-sleeves'. They have that name since they have small circles of fabric in a line to reduce the contact with the CDs by, according to the box, 50%. Seems like that claim is true since very little does come in contact with the CDs. The sleeves can be removed if you wish to move the CD to some other case or to keep it outside of the case. Not too useful, but some people might have a need for that. These sleeves claim to be the 'world's safest sleeves. My CDs, before this case, were in good condition. Being in this case for a while has not shown any degradation of quality so these things must be living up to their claim as the 'world's safest sleeves'.
Opening and closing this thing can be slightly annoying. Since it folds up to open and folds down to close, it can be hard to get a good grasp on the steel to open it. Not a big problem, but something to consider. MAKE SURE you do not have your fingers or anything else you could put on the edge when you close this because it does come down with A LOT of force.
I use this to house my CDs that contain vital backups. For anyone who is carrying his or her CDs on the go, this might not be the thing for you. However, it is good to leave in the car to keep the CDs safe from any contact with objects which might hit it.
