Pros: Very sturdy

Cons: Hard to clean corners

The Bottom Line: The difficulty of cleaning the corners of these pans makes me wish they weren't so durable.

While these pans are very sturdy and will probably last for years, I almost wish they wouldn't. My wife does the baking and I do the cleaning and the corners of these pans are very hard to clean. I have to use a toothpick to get the cake out of the corners. At least the non-stick surface makes the toothpicking easy.

We were seduced by Calphalon's reputation and I've grown to regret it.

I would look for a pan that has rounded corners. They may not last as long as these, but you won't regret the purchase every time you have to clean it.
