I received the Delon Asian Lily Body Butter in a pack of other body butters. I really enjoy using body butters and was exciting about this lightly scented floral moisturizer.
About the Product
The body butter is a light yellow colored moisturizer and it looks very smooth and rich in the tub. The scent is extremely light and almost unnoticeable. I am not a big fan of floral scent, but this scent was east to wear because it is not too sweet or overpowering. It's light, feminine, and can be layered easily with other scents.
The butter is packaged in a white plastic tub with a screw off lid. The tub is nice and wide and it is extremely easy to reach in and scoop out whar you need. The tub holds 6.9 oz.
My Experience
I usually use the butter after a shower. I just scoop out a small amount and apply it to my skin. It is easy to rub into your skin and does a good job moisturizing without feeling greasy or heavy. I have used body butters that were way to heavy and just sit on the surface and leave me feeling greasy. This body butter actually does absorb. It does a great job of moisturizing. I have been able to use this in warmer weather and it is not too heavy. I do not have super dry skin so this provides the perfect amount of moisture for my skin.
I like the scent, but it is extremely light and it is almost not even there. I don't think I can smell it much at all after it is applied. It bothered me at first, but I just use body splash afterwards to determine my fragrance for the day. if you like to have a stronger fragrance from your moisturizer, you will probably not want to purchase this.
I have never seen Delon products in any store other than Costco. But the Asian Lily scent as well as other fragrances are sold on amazon.com for $6.95.
