Pros: Excellent prices; great destinations. Reliable.

I wanted to fly from Geneva, Switzerland to Olbia, Sardinia. The fare by charter flight; Brussels Airlines was $500. The fare on Easyjet was only $190.
The web site to buy the ticket was easy to navigate. The fare included $15 for my suitcase. Seating is not assigned so it's everyone for himself which can be stressful.
However if you pay $15 you are allowed to board the aircraft first. This is called "Speedy Boarding." Parents with children under 5 and passengers who need assistance are also allowed to board first.
Not one person was willing to pay for "Speedy Boarding."
Check in was self service in front of a machine. This was also easy to use.
The Airbus 320 we flew on was in very good condition and the legroom was excellent. The interior of the cabin was also attractive. The in flight magazine was also very helpful with information on all the destinations they fly to.
The crew, (who were young and very friendly) and passengers seemed to be mostly French as Geneva airport is actually partly in France. Food is available for purchase and was OK but somewhat expensive. A croissant and an orange juice was about $8.
The flight took 1 hour and 15 minutes and both trips were on schedule. I was very impressed by Easyjet and recommend them highly.
