Pros: Clarity is as good if not better than the Ear bud style
Cons: Lots of wires kicking around the car
The Bottom Line: If you are tired of jamming things into your ear then this is the affordable way to go.

It has been 5 years since I tried a speakerphone in my car, the ear bud style has been the way to go since those early days of tinny speakers and simplex microphones. However, I just got tired of sticking stuff into my ears - so I thought I would give this a shot.
The clarity is surprisingly good, you can obviously hear perfectly well because the speaker is huge. However, the bigger obstacle was "Could my customers etc hear me?" This was where I was pleasantly surprised, when I called everyone I would ask them if my conversation was muted or difficult to follow compared to the way it would usually sound using a Jabra ear bud unit. Everyone's reaction was the same, there was no difference whatsoever. Two thumbs up to say the least. The difference between this unit and the ones from 5 years ago is that it has a separate microphone which makes for better clarity. The microphone is conveniently placed right by where the wire connects to the actual phone. There is a separate microphone you can buy but so far I have not needed it as the one supplied works fine.
The only downside is that it is a bit bulky which means that you have a few wires kicking around, however it is not the end of the world.
